Ordentliche Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal und sehr gutes Restaurant.

Très belle expérience au sein de l’Hôtel Kandiandoumagne. Le personnel était souriant, chaleureux et courtois. Le cadre est magnifique et tout est pensé pour offrir aux clients un séjour paisible et ressourçant. Les femmes de chambre sont très professionnelles : la chambre était nettoyée et parfaitement arrangée chaque jour, avec une attention particulière portée à nos effets personnels. Chaque matin, nous avions droit à de chaleureuses salutations. Un grand bravo également à la gouvernante Julie, très professionnelle et efficace. Mention spéciale aux serveurs du restaurant, toujours sympathiques, ainsi qu’au personnel de l’accueil. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel. A bientôt D.D

There was no room available, in spite of the hotels.com confirmation. We were sent to another hotel, which is a fraction of the price, and of course, hotels.com has not reached out to provide a refund. First and last time we use hotels.com. Fortunately we paid with Paypal, so after a refund request will be made with Paypal after our travels. Big, disappointing mess.

Before booking I read some mixed reviews so was a bit unsure what it was going to be like. But for our part everything was good. I think it is more about managing expectations. The hotel is in a less developed part of Senegal/West Africa and as such, one cannot expect the same standards as Kenya or South Africa. But with this in mind. Everything was good. Comfy bed and good food. I can recommend the beef brochette with Roquefort sauce... Yummy...

Beautiful property with excellent views of the river. The staff were very friendly and professional. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel.

The size of the room was much less than what was expected. As a return guest and been pleased with the size and layout of the room on my last visit. To return this time and find reception were less than willing to provide a return guest with a larger room was telling.

Enjoyed a two night stay in this lovely hotel set in beautiful tropical gardens on the riverside with fabulous views of both river and gardens from the balcony. The hotel is exceptionally clean and the staff friendly. On the downside-Balconies are not private as to reach your room guests have to walk across the balconies on the first floor where we were staying. Otherwise fabulous

La réception n'était pas informée de la réservation et a exigé un supplément injustifié. Service de chambre aleatoire. Chambres à renover. Bruyant côté rue.

Le jardin, l'environnement, le lieu en bordure de fleuve, l''amabilité et la disponibilité du personnel pour l'hébergement et la propreté des lieux. La restauration en revanche manque de diversité et de service.

Beautiful hotel on the river with great food and service. Best steak I have had in Africa! Hottest shower also!

La cuisine est trop fade et les tarifs appliques sont exorbitants. Il y a beaucoup de personnel qui se marche les uns sur les autres et le service est tres lent. Un bon point est la proprete de la chanbre et de l'hitel en général

Great location by the Casamance river. Close to the airport. Beautiful garden, especially at night. Big bed and overall nice room.
