Jefferson and Michael were awesome, generally all the staff but the hotel has been swallowed by industrial area and is not longer in an area where u find restaurants and shops

Clean good rooms and beds are good

We initially chose this hotel because the aesthetics are absolutely gorgeous the grounds photographed well and the amenities met all of our needs. Upon arrival all staff went above and beyond to serve from the security team all the way down to the maintenance crew. A huge shout out to The breakfast bunch that provided excellent service. The sauna was not working but the steam room was and if you have sinuses you won't once you leave. The gym and the ground were state of the art. The location was centralized so we were able to get everywhere for less than $10 via Uber. We had gated security that checked all vehicles all bags are attractive on arrival. You feel safe and at Home hence why it's called Boma! I have to go back to breakfast because it was extremely diverse the food was amazing and fresh. Now the only thing that I would have to mention is that we ask for extra blankets to make the bed a little bit more comfortable but other than that we have no complaints. Asantè

My room was spacious with plenty of are to work as well as relax. The bathroom is a bit tight, but adequate. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Big hotel, friendly and helpful staff but the A/C was not working, shower cubicle is so small, the fridge was really small like 2*2 feet incase you plan to store things. Overall the hotel needs an upgrade or better maintenance

The rooms were okay, seemed clean. We booked the transportation from the airport to the hotel and they just never came. We ended up getting a different ride. I told the front desk person about it and they said they would look into it but they never did and we had prepaid. We arrived late on Friday night after 24 hours of travel and they only had 1 person at the front desk and a big group in front of us so it took about an additional 1/2 hour to get our room. Not ideal after a very long day+ of travel. I asked the front desk for some bottled waters and it took three separate times and two different people before I got it. I think they were just understaffed. I will have to dispute the charge for the transportation with my credit card since they never did anything about it for me.

Staff were friendly and especially the security at the entrance were always polite and friendly. The first room offered was very small and with a tiny bathroom but later we were given a bigger room with more space. Our room was kept clean all through our stay and towels changed regularly. The food was good and the portions worth the money. I would definitely booked again

The Boma Hotel was closed due to severe flooding and had no power or water. I was moves next door to the Boma Inn. The staff were great and friendly, although they were dealing with a crisis. The Boma Inn is an okder facility and okay, however, I paid for the 5 star Boma Hotel and was charged for the Boma Hotel. The Boma Inn did not have TV or any amenities. I was amazed at well the staff did setting up a makeshift restaurant for the impacted guests. The hotel is close to the national park and felt very safe and secure. Sammy, who works at the holtel was especially helpful.

Die Zimmer waren toll das Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich ! Das Frühstücks Buffet war einfach Fantastisch, ich komme auf jedenfalls sehr gern wieder hierher zurück!!!
