Clean room, helpful and friendly staff, sufficient parking

Very old property and could use some updating. The staff are all sullen and there is not even a glimpse of hospitality, friendliness or smile

Clean room and staff very hekpful. Refrigerator and microwave in room was a plus. Hot water takes awhile to get. Would suggest a tankless water heaters...wasting a lot of water waiting for hot water. Preorder restaurant inconvenient...breakfast 7:30 to 9 and can place order tableside but lunch and dinner you have to preorder in advance. Bar not open as indicated in hotel description. No airport shuttle. Taxis convenient and can order with reception. About a 20 to 30 minute drive from airport.

Room could be cleaner

I loved my room a little way too much! I wish I would have stayed in this hotel for more days. I was very impressed with my stay and how close it is to downtown. The only issue I encountered was that the hotel room that I booked included breakfast but the hotel was charging for breakfast.

Our stay at Cortsland was due to the airspace shutdown. So, we had to book a hotel room QUICK, so we had somewhere to stay while we waited for flights to start again. When we first checked in, the young man at the desk couldn't originally find our reservation (probably because we had made it less than an hour earlier), but he worked to find it and eventually we got to our room. The rooms were sufficient, nothing spectacular, but clean and accommodating. The issue we had with this location, was the following morning, Jan 3rd. When we went to the main desk to ask about breakfast, the young lady rolled her eyes at me, seemingly put out by me asking if they were still serving breakfast (this was at 8:50am). She checked with the kitchen and she said we were good and proceeded to seat us, we had a party of 4. She then asked for our order, without providing menus. When I asked to see a menu to see what our options are, she rolled her eyes again and walked away to grab them. I was ready to leave at that point. When she came back she handed us 2 and said their kitchen closes for breakfast at 9am. At that point, it was clear we were too much of an inconvenience for her, so we decided to leave. That was the only time, she seemed interested in helping us, but it was too late. She was rude, not helpful and made us feel like we were a complete inconvenience for her. I don't know that we'll ever be back.

Das Zimmer war in einem guten Zustand und wurde täglich gereinigt. Es war groß und geräumig. Die Anlage war ein bisschen heruntergekommen. Am Pool gab es nicht eine funktionsfähige Liege und der Pool war auch nicht sehr sauber. Das Personal an der Rezeption könnte ein bisschen freundlicher sein. Es war aber immer jemand ansprechbar. Das Geschirr in der Küche war schmutzig und man musste es erstmal gründlich reinigen.

It was a calming experience, walking distance to the city where we were able the shop. We all enjoyed the sun rise each morning, stillness and beautiful ground was picture perfect.

I rather enjoyed my stay at the Cortsland Hotel. While it is outside the range for most tour companies, you can still easily walk into the town or to the meeting points provided. Which is also convenient to get food. When it comes to the hotel itself, overall my experience was good. The breakfast is a bit overpriced but still good. The hotel staff are great and really make your stay enjoyable. They will definitely go out of their way to provide great service and go above and beyond to help.

Hotel was not as shown in pictures, room was very dusty, windows was faulty, bathroom had limited supplies . Pool was not cleaned and we could not swim

Great for business travelers , limited dining options but close to the capital . Having access to a vehicle would make your stay much more enjoyable
