Poor breakfast, room was not clean, no hot water, un collaborative staff

I took a basic room. There is a glass on top of the door, so light entering from there.not strong, but still. Breakfast is good and so is the position in the city

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Sagarnaga. It has all the basics you need to have a comfortable stay. Room was nice, with good bedding for the cold and hot water. Breakfast was delicious and it’s included. Staff and location were perfect.

What we liked the most was the hotel's excellent restaurant which has a very good menu. We also like the there are tourist attractions like the Witches' Market nearby. What we liked least was that the heating system wasn't adequate for our room. We were always very cold even though the heating was on. We had a lot of trouble sleeping peacefully.

Localização excelente, das para fazer tudo a pé. No hotel tem um restaurante muito bom! Quarto simples, mas tudo conforme anunciado. Indico!

早朝出発のためフロントで「弁当用意するよ」と言ってくれたものの、忘れられていたため食べれませんでした。

Fiquei 5 dias hospedada no hotel e com uma criança de 2 anos. A localização melhor impossivel, praticamente na esquina da famosa Calle de las Brujas, centro, perto de tudo, farmacia, comercio, restaurantes ( inclusive indico o restaurante Sabor Cubano), os funcionarios super simpaticos e solicitos, café da manhã bom, e ainda tendo o restaurante e a franquia do Café do Mundo ajuda muito pra quem vai com criança e as vezes quer comer no local mesmo. Me deram dois aquecedores pro quarto, isso ajudou muito! Quarto bem equipado, mas atenção a tv n é smart, levei um chome cast p por desenho p meu bebê! A agua quente do banheiro me parece q desligam tarde da noite, então bom tomar banho inicio da noite. A única coisa que deixa a desejar mesmo é o serviço de limpeza do quarto… qnd afastei as camas para juntar e dormir com meu bebê tinha muita sujeira embaixo, a limpeza diária tb, é muito por cima, aconselho o hotel a usar um aspirador, ou varrer melhor e passar pano no quarto. Também tem apresentação no hotel na quarta feira, agencia de viagem dentro. Enfim muito boa mesmo, e pelo hoteis.com a tarifa sai muito melhor! Qnd voltar, ficarei no mesmo! 🙏💕

暖房器具がなかったのでやや寒かったが、ベッドに毛布が敷かれていたので寒くて眠れないということはなかった。

A very conveniently close hotel to the witches market and San francisco church. Their food and staff was amazing. There is a cuban restaurant walking distance from the hotel. Very close to main attractions and in a quiet street near food. I would stay again.

No primeiro dia não limparam nosso quarto. O banheiro estava com cheiro forte de esgoto. Tinha muito barulho nos corredores a noite toda.

Clean rooms , good breakfast. Top location. What else can you ask for that price? Definitely recommend. Rooms are a little small but have nothing to compare it La Paz so far. Good choice

値段に合った設備と快適さです。街中で便利です。スタッフは現地の旅行社に電話してくれたり、親切でした。最初2日はエレベーターが故障中でした。3階だったのですが、2階に変更してくれました。荷物も持って上がってくれました。
