They're whole staff were truly awesome. Great people. Grandkids love the water park. Ross was very caring. I would stay there again. Thank you all for the great hospitality.

Super sweet deal ideal for proximity to airport and free shuttle . My arriving flight was 3am delayed and driver was promptly waiting holding the sign with my name . Large pool . Lovely staff and employees . Spacious rooms , great AC .

Dinner at the restaurant was great; seafood chowder was amazing 😄

Food was delicious and very friendly staffs. Free airport shuttle and breakfast is included.

Very nice hotel, good value, handy for the airport, charming desk staff good breakfast. A bit short on atmosphere though, particularly around the pool.

This hotel had a magnificent view from the room and the dining area. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the hotel has a lot of charm.

Le chambre qu'on a réservé était énorme. En plus, on a beaucoup apprécié la service à la clientèle. Le personnel nous a beaucoup aidé à réserver des activités, à réserver des restaurants et ils ont devenu une partie intégrale de notre expérience au Palao

The room was clean and very nice. The place could use some work. I can tell it used to be a very nice place. But it is still worth staying at and I would stay again

The staff at the property were very kind, courteous and very helpful. From the moment we checked in until we checked out a few days later, the staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Unfortunately, this property has seen better days and the facilities have not aged well. the room decor and furnishings are dated and there was mold on the bathroom walls & grout. It was fairly clean, but you can tell that not much as been invested in terms of capital improvements for the past few years. It's ok for a 1-2 night stay as it is within a 5 minute drive from the airport.
