Very good

This place is a little bit old but we loved the quirky nature of it, the pool surrounded by jungle, the friendly staff and proximity to the airport.

Was there only a day coming from a liveaboard trip so did not have chance to explore the entire property but the experience with the staff was superb. Extremely friendly and helpful from before earl checkin where we could leave baggage to getting a car for us and checkout later that night and delivery to the airport. The property needs an overhaul but the room was very comfortable. There are multiple opportunities for water relaxation but the pools need to be maintained better. I would stay here again.

Forse un tempo era una struttura di lusso, ma oggi è un luogo vecchio, decadente, fatiscente, sporco, malcurato, impregnato di muffa e con servizi indecenti e abbandonati. Le due uniche note positive sono la gentilezza e professionalità del personale e il ristorante, dove tutto sommato si mangia discretamente bene ed a prezzi ragionevoli.

The best thing about this hotel was the staff! They were amazing! Very friendly and helpful, especially Gleerie! I felt very well taken care of staying here (I also extended my stay another night.) The hotel is very close to the airport which is why I wanted to stay here. It’s about 20 minutes from downtown Koror but they have a shuttle service or can call a taxi for you or they can help set you up with a rental car. They can also recommend tour companies. Breakfast is included and it’s pretty good. One morning they packed breakfast for me since I was leaving for a tour early in the morning. Had a great stay!

Old facility and still in recovery mode. Friendly and accommodating staff but housekeeping could be improved. Breakfast was great, better than I expected. Amenities like the water park and pool were not in operation. Needs quite a few upgrades and improvement.

Such a wonderful place to stay, it was perfect, extremely close to the airport. They did a Free pick up at airport at 1:45 AM, perfect place to relax and adjust to the 22 hour flight from Texas before I board the liveaboard

It is an old school property, so it is fun stepping into the past. Bed was very comfortable. The building’s condition is just worn.

I don’t want to be too negative about this hotel, but it has some very strange quirks. The Airai is a very large hotel, but looks like they only use a few rooms, it is a long way from town, but walkable to a new shopping centre, which has some food options, the strange thing is there are never any customers, this was our third stay, depending on day of the week you get a full resort including a water park virtually to yourself. Positives: The staff are lovely, so friendly and welcoming. The rooms are spacious, with spotlessly clean bed linen and towels. Good air conditioning, plenty of hot water and they provide limitless free drinking water, they also provide a free airport shuttle. The water park is great fun. Negatives: The biggest negative for us was the food, with very limited options and virtually no options for vegetarians. Breakfast is not buffet style as advertised, you don’t even get a choice, it just turns up. The water park is old but very functional, hard concrete sun beds and very little shade, strangely you also have to sign in and out your towels even though you are the only guests in the hotel, also be warned on a Saturday and Sunday they hire out the waterpark to locals for children’s birthdays and events, so the waterpark is mobbed by locals, not good if you are looking for a bit of peace and quiet. They offer a shuttle into town for USD20, it used to be free. I would stay here again, but recommend hiring a car, so you have the option to eat elsewhere.

深夜到着便のため、空港より近いこちらを利用しました。事前に連絡をし無料シャトルをお願いしました。到着ロビーで名前が書いてあるカードを持ってドライバーが待ってくれていました。到着は深夜でしたが受付の方の対応は親切でよかったです。 お部屋によるかもしれませんが、 一階のアサインされた部屋は古く、ドアも隙間があり カビのにおいが気になりました。 虫や匂いに敏感な人はキツイかもしれません。 プールも稼働している様子がありませんでした。

我們住的房間廁所半夜水管破裂水流不停，中間請他們過來處理兩次都沒解決問題，後來他們員工也就索性不來維修了，就這樣水一直不斷流出，廁所整個都是淹水狀態。

Although I had booked a room for one night, I couldn't stay there: a bad storm hit the island few days before we arrive and the generator broke down. Nonetheless, the driver was waiting for me at the airport and drove me to the hotel I was rebooked at. It was very good and no surprise with the price. Excellent customer service despite the situation they had to go through. Will definitely give it a try again.

Ideal for transit; staff very helpful and airport transfer very well done. Wake up call requested and received.
