Very good in all aspects

Great hotel in walkable area with shops and restaurants.

Location

On arrival was given a largr room than previously, Very clean throughout Breakfast staff were attentive, a good selection available Noisy at night tho, outside, there happened to be a boy racer in his lambo, up and down the road outside our window till 1 am Not the hotels fault tho !

Staff members were polite and respectful. Many thanks to Emam at Check In who was very helpful. My room was on the first floor and was very spacious. Only problem was it was the weekend and next to a main road, so constant noise of music and loud cars until the early hours. Gym was decent and enough to keep you going. Breakfast choice was really good. Hotel is close to Seef Mall which is great for retail therapy and food

Absolutely loved our stay here! The service from the staff was fantastic. Our room was clean and so was the pool area. Although they could have done with a few more extra sunbeds. Around the hotel you've got lots of coffee shops and some restaurants too. There's the Seef mall which is a 5min walk for fast food and shopping.

Very noisy surroundings at night. Speed bikes make a lot of noise during late night and it doesnt seem like hotels around care much to alert the local authorities.

Loved the staff. From the front desk to the restaurant especially the following staff at breakfast Resti,Amit,Mizan Their service was amazing . Highly recommend this hotel. Felt very safe as well from Canada

Beautiful hotel with beautiful staff. While there were lots of shopping and dining options the area around was still unfinished. It wouldn't stop me from staying here again though.

Clean hotel with great customer service and polite staff - room was spacious and great value as well as cleaned at convenient times. Thank you to lifeguard David for being helpful and friendly to my son during our stay

Staff were excellent, at reception, at the pool and at the bar. Room was large and comfortable. Only let down was facilities in the area, very limited dining options, and poor transport links.
