Hôtel propre et personnel serviable. Le seul souci est lié au petit-déjeuner qui peut être amélioré

Not worth your money for service and room given to me. Room ceiling inside washroom dripping water. Roaches and mosquitoes inside room. Worn out bedding. Not a pleasant stay. Do not recommend to traveler. Service at reception was horrible. Guy at reception was rude.

La description sur VOTRE site ne correspond pas à la réalité ! Vous parlez de nécessaire à café dans la chambre standard alors qu’il n’y en a pas, tout comme des rangements...j’ai été obligé de passer en chambre supérieure pour avoir le minimum. De plus, beaucoup de personnel mais pas là pour servir les clients... enfin, escalier à monter, sans AUCUNE aide pour porter les valises !!!!

J’ai passé un excellent séjour. Je félicite tout le personnel pour leur hospitalité, leur sens du détail et leur dévouement au travail! Ils méritent une belle reconnaissance. La restauration est top. L’hôtel est très bien entretenu et la décoration fait vraiment voyager! Merci à toute l’équipe. N’hésitez surtout pas à y aller

Beautiful environment with all amenities and helpful staff. Nice pool area and restaurant for meals. Would recommend and stay again.

Property is well located close to the airport (15mins away) and nice. Good pool and tasty food options, and great reception/dining/sitting areas. Lack of amenities in the bathroom, like no shampoo and conditioner, otherwise nice clean room with comfortable bed. Sliding door to outside has seen better days. Free airport shuttle is gold. Staff tries, but difficult when few speak English, that said, our Air Coite d’Ivoire flight was delayed by five hours to Abidjan. Discovered this at the airport, and immediately contacted the hotel via what’s app. They picked us up again at the airport and returned us to hotel and allowed us to stay in our room (after having checked out) until departure. Finally bringing us back to the airport. And that was and is FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. So, can say nothing bad about this establishment, as this was above and beyond the norm. A HUGE thank you to Appolenaire and all of his help in organizing everything. Thank you Onomo!
