The room was so clean and staff was so nice and polite I didn’t have breakfast but spa was nice next time definitely i will go there

I'll be honest - I thought the room was small BUT because of the overwhelmingly positive experience I had with the staff and how the hotel was managed it didn't matter at all. I loved Armenia and staying at your hotel made that experience even better. I don't often write review or give feedback - I am doing so because of how happy I was with everything. Super professional staff. Kind and happy. Made me feel at home and I'd even say better service than what I'm use to getting in America. I live in Los Angeles and I'd rather live in your hotel! Thank you and I definitely would recommend AND come back to stay with you again AND I'll definitely be back! :) Breakfasts were SO AWESOME and the staff their especially kind. Special thank you to them. Front desk, bar EVERYONE was amazing.

Stayed here for a weekend break and it’s a great location especially if you’re travelling from Tbilisi because all the transport stops almost right outside. The staff were helpful and it is walking distance from everything you want to see in Yerevan. Lovely food in the restaurant and clean but basic rooms which is fine.

Les ascenseurs j’espère que vous n’êtes pas pressé pour en prendre un…. Le personnel du bar n’en parlons pas. Le serveur nous regardait alors que l’on attendait pour prendre notre commande depuis 10 minutes. On a attendu 2 sandwich pendant 30 minutes voir + alors que il n’y avait personne du tout. La réception il y a quelques personnes très très très gentille qui vous donne de bon conseil, qui se montre attentives à vos écoutes. Pour un 4 étoiles je le trouve quand même très moyen.

During my stay at Hilton Yerevan, I had a very disappointing experience. At the spa, the massage therapist asked me to remove my gold necklace. I placed it on the side table as instructed but unfortunately forgot to take it after the session. I reported the issue immediately and followed up multiple times. While the hotel initially responded that they were investigating, they completely stopped replying afterward. No update, no closure, no responsibility. This level of poor communication and lack of accountability is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. I strongly advise guests to be extremely careful with their belongings, especially in shared areas like the spa. Do not rely on the hotel to properly follow up on such incidents. Very disappointing experience.
