What you did was amazing and I will come back again maybe in a few months

Well located in the Center of the City near Institut Francais, pastry shops, nice shops. Breakfast is nice too!

The pictures are deceiving. Basic hotel that could use some updating. However, for the price it’s good for sleeping (outside noise gets loud) and showering. I spent most of my time away from the property. They do a great job with breakfast. Good start to the day.

総じて文句無し。従業員はよく教育されており、皆親切で穏やか。 朝食も前よりよくなっている。 今回は一階に宿泊したが、地下の排水溝に近いのか、洗面台から排水の臭いが出てくるのは残念だった(中層階だった前回はこのようなことはなかった)。

Unfortunately our stay started very badly. We were forced to pay 10% tax, even though we had a receipt showing that we had already paid that tax. It was a shame, because it is otherwise a good hotel. Decent room, good beds and excellent breakfast.

Nice place to stay for a night in downtown Dakar. The staff is very friendly/helpful, the room was clean an the bathroom updated. We asked for extra pillows and a towel and they were delivered promptly. The breakfast buffet on the 11th floor gave a beautiful view of the city, but the food could've been better. It was ok, but some hot dishes were not replenished (eggs, sausage) and others looked soggy and overcooked. Otherwise, it's a good place to stay!

Excellent place

The hotel Fleur De Lys Plateau is conveniently located in a neighborhood that feels safe and has easy access to the port and other sites of Dakar. The room was comfortable though a bit small. We enjoyed the excellent buffet breakfast which was included in the room price ($100/night). The staff was professional, helpful and friendly.

Comfortable stay in a Central area of the car

Salle de sport consiste à 2 vélos, 1 tapis de course et un app elliptique. J'ai dû payer une taxe de 17€ en arrivant qui n'était pas prévu !!!! Par contre, le personnel du restaurant était au top

Overall very good value for money. Location is ideal if you are doing business in Sandaga. The staff are trying to be helpful, a little bit of training would help them.

Zone géographique chargée. Sinon très bon quartier près de tous commerces et restaurants Le restaurant et petits-déjeuner à l'hôte, très bons. Merci au personnel de l'établissement.

Staff in frontdesk need to learn how online booking works. It is always problem with the payment. They simply dont understand that when you book and pay online like hotels.com etc, that they dont see the payment. If they want to join the benefits of online bookings then they must learn about the way it works too. Waiting for more than an hour to get the room because of stupidity in front desk. In the morning staff was asking for additional paying. They wantet "local taxes" i dont give a flying fu.k about their local taxes. If i book and pay the price shown online then it is what im supposed to do. Otherwise it must be shown very clear in the booking.

This is my first time at this location but for the price and the ease of access I definitely would return staff as friendly the food is great the bed was outstanding
