I like the Airport View Hotel primarily for its proximity to KIA. The facilities are clean and well kept; the Staff friendly and professional. Would be happy to stay there again and to recommend it to anyone. Leslie

It was very convenient. Room was clean with functioning amenities. They were responsive to my requests.

the room was very noisy, at 5 in the morning you could not sleep because of the noise, the sink was broken and very small, there was only one bathroom towel, not a very good experience

The process to long to be transferred to the room even though l paid online l waited for 30mins to be taken to the room.

I stayed at Airport View Hotel in Accra and was disappointed. As the name suggests, you might expect an airport view, but there is none—not even from the third-floor rooftop terrace. The hotel, like many others in Ghana, is poorly maintained and relies heavily on its location near the airport to justify its high prices. Rooms and facilities feel outdated and not properly cared for. Breakfast is likely not included with your booking, so double-check before confirming. Service was inconsistent; while some staff were professional, one receptionist in particular was extremely poor, matching the general low standards of customer service often encountered locally. Honestly, staying a little farther from the airport might give you a better experience at a better price.

Great and quick check-in process. Front desk folk are willing to work with you where possible.

Overall it’s nice place downtown. Everything is close by.

I had booked my room far in advance. I got a proper ride by staff to the hotel. When I arrived I had waited several hours to get a room. One lady came in and waited only a few minutes and got a room which I didn't think that was fair after leaving me waiting. I am sure that my stay at the hotel was much longer than hers and I spent way much more money. I booked my room from the 10th of March until the 21st of March. I jave been to this hotel before and you have a pattern of overlooking waiting customers that are spending way more money than the ones just showing up. You are running good paying customers away. There are other hotels in the area please remember this.

Twice the shuttle did not meet us at the airport at the predetermined time and place. Everything else was very good. The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, and polite. Our rooms worked out very well.

The water not running when i got there, the phone in the room didn't work, and black stuff was all over the bed

Veldig fine forhold og service.

Very good 3-star hotel. Mix of friendly and nonchalant staff. Open terrace bar a great highlight, as well as hotel room amenities,albeit without an iron/ironing board. Would use again.

It's perfect as a short stay for layovers.
