Imperial Express offers comfort in the heart of the CBD with numerous places to eat close by.It is affordable with a high end feel.I will definitely stay at the hotel again during my next visit to Kisumu.However, investing in sound proof windows might come in handy due to the hustle and bustle of the central business district.

The room was very clean, and the staff were amazing, starting with the security officer outside. He greeted us on arrival and offered to take our suitcases inside. Three areas of improvement include a larger lobby, adding a bar for those who wish to relax with a drink, and providing parking for the guests.

Additionally, the soundproof windows provide a serene environment, even for rooms facing the bustling Oginga Odinga Street. I highly recommend this venue to both returning and first-time guests visiting the lakeside city of Kisumu.
