Didn’t wana spend too much money picked this one out and man was I impressed nice location felt like I was at a 5 star place nice clean the price is really good I know where I will be staying at again

The hotel has nice look and ambience but the rooms leave much to be desired. The room furniture, bathroom, shower, kitchen and living room were in bad shape or not working properly. The room was a non-smoking room but the smoke stench was unbearable and the key card did not work, so they gave me an actual key. The breakfast was subpar but it got delivered when i requested it out of working hours. Service was outstanding and that needs to be recognized.

Enjoyed this hotel stay as it was close enough to the airport and had good facilities and client services. However while I had a wonderful room, there was no desk which is a must for business guests. Also the breakfast room was not well-indicated and was so hard to find!

Very beautiful large suit, love the layout. Bathrooms are old and need remodeling, the shower head was broken and the hot water ran out before 1 person finishes shower

Room was large with a lovely seating area. Hotel located in good proximity to restaurants and shops. Only a quick taxi ride to get to Old Amman.

Location wise it's outside Amman city centre but as we had a driver, this location worked well. The twin room we had were super spacious (had a small living/seating area and kitchenette) and was clean and tidy.

Rooms are huge suite rooms. The breakfast is more than substantial.Prefer this over other places in Jordan I have stayed.

I was extremely satisfied with my selection of Jad Hotel Suites for our stay in Amman, since I was in search of accommodation that was clean, modern, functional and comfortable. I had read reviews of other 4 and 5-star hotels that were old, dated, worn and dusty, and Jad Suites was a dream, it surpassed our expectations. Our room was big, bright, modern, nicely outfitted and complete with all the amenities of a high-end business hotel - concierge, tours, transportation etc. The array of hot and cold dishes at breakfast was varied and tasty, including the offerings of local cuisine, casseroles, roasted vegetables, breads and sweets. The hotel itself is a new building in close proximity to malls and local eateries. The high point of our stay was the superb and unparalleled service provided by the manager Mr. Diya Al-Abbadi, who attended to every need from booking tours to ordering dinner and organising airport transfers. We really felt safe and pampered. I would highly recommend this property to travellers in search of affordable luxury, a safe and modern base for exploring the country and excellent touring options.
