Basic room but perfect location

Staff were friendly and welcoming upon arrival. Rented a cute kitchenette on the garden side which was perfect to cook some light meals. Liked that it was quiet but still had access across the road to the beach and beach chairs (make sure to bring your own towel). Had the basics of what was needed and was clean.

You need full length mirrors in rooms. Irons & Steamer should be in rooms. Televisions if at least to watch local news. Other than that it was a nice property.

We enjoy everything about this resort! It is laid back and relaxing. Great gardens, pool, and beach! We love the staff especially, Tara, Power, Henry, and Patrick. Our housekeeper was phenomenal and so accommodating. I wish I could remember her name!

We did like the location on the beach and convenience to stores. The beach area for the property is not big enough to accommodate guests at the beach.

Wifi was good , beach was nice and clean, the staff was great , helpful and polite. Would book again. Very accommodating with our change of room closer to beach as I had problem with my back.

This was my second time staying at this property. I enjoyed my stay. Good people hard working staff very helpful! I will return. I always enjoy kicking it with the locals and people who have been coming here for years. I stayed garden side. 7 mile beach and bar/restaurant right across the street. Beach area well maintained and safe. Big up yaself!

I love this place, highly recommend it, and am looking forward to coming back and staying there again! It’s Jamaican owned, very well maintained and operated. Centrally located on 7 mile beach! The staff, the accommodations, the restaurant and of course the cuisine are all Top Notch! I love the smaller boutique hotel vibe this offers. Big Ups to White Sands Negril! 🙌❤️🇯🇲🌴☀️

La struttura è curata, abbiamo alloggiato dal lato del giardino (anch'esso molto curato e piacevole) per raggiungere la spiaggia è necessario attraversare la strada ma non è un gran disagio in quanto è presente personale della struttura che aiuta a fermare le auto per facilitare l'attraversamento. La parte di spiaggia riservata all'hotel è molto bella, c'è spazio e lettini per tutti, ci sono gli ombrelloni su richiesta e a disposizione è presente un gran numero di giochi gonfiabili che abbiamo gradito molto. I bagnini sono attenti e disponibili mentre il bar ha prezzi molto alti e purtroppo un servizio decisamente lento, ma è cosa comune in zona. In generale lo staff della struttura è attento e professionale, anche le pulizie sono accurate. Se devo trovare un suggerimento da rivolgere alla direzione è quello di far trovare un piccolo kit di benvenuto in camera, come 2 bottigliette d'acqua e uno snack, soprattutto per i viaggiatori che arrivano in struttura in tarda serata.

A localização é o principal diferencial do hotel de frente para a espetacular praia de Seven Miles. O quarto que peguei o colchão não era nada confortável. O atendimento do pessoal que trabalha no hotel foi cordial porém as refeições são demoradas e poucas opções.

We had an amazing time staying here! The staff was very friendly and helpful! Only complaint was no tv in our room but we were just lucky to get the room before yall booked up! we will stay again

We had a very nice stay at White Sands. It was a basic room, but very clean and had a balcony with a table and chairs. Easy access to the beach, but no beach towels provided - instead you can purchase them for $10 at reception. Staff were helpful, especially those working on the beach to provide sun loungers and umbrellas. Overall, very good stay at a very reasonable price.

I recently stayed at White Sands Negril for three nights, and overall, it was a good experience. The property has a relaxed vibe, and was well kept. The beach, though located across the main road from my room, was beautiful, clean, and never felt too crowded, allowing for a truly peaceful escape. The room itself was comfortable; but it did not have a microwave nor a television. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only real downside was that they didn’t accept Apple Pay or the Apple Card, which was unexpected and a bit inconvenient since I had planned on using those for my room. It would be great if they could incorporate these payment options in the future, as it would make transactions much more convenient for guests who prefer digital payments. Despite this small hiccup, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend White Sands Negril for a laid-back, authentic Jamaican beach experience.

Surrounding area towards the town was shady and very challenging to pass through. One would think the Tourism Department for Negril would address the scenic aspect of our journey if traveling from the South Coast. Leaving via the north coast was a bit more pleasant.
