The staff and the food were amazing. The included breakfast was fabulous and all meals were beautifully cooked and presented. The only downside was that the location was on a very busy street with a lot of traffic. No interesting shops nearby. The very clean pool was an added plus. .

This hotel exceeded our expectations! All the staff made our stay perfect in all regards. A big thank you to Sherife who really helped us to catch the ferry to Zanzibar. I don’t think we could have managed without her assistance. We’re from Australia and travelling the world on bicycles so very grateful for that. The food was outstanding and catered for my dietary requirements with no problem. Highly recommend staying here!

The hotel was clean and well appointed, staff friendly and obliging, as well as multilingual. Food in the ground floor Indian style restaurant excellent. Exceptional value for money. What’s not to like?

Great hotel, amazing food and an extensive choice. The staff were exceptionally friendly.

Poorly lit bathroom. Curtains do not close properly. Forgot to give me towels and soap. Rickety furniture. Distorted or no pucture, only sound, on TV. Patchy wifi.

It was good. All amenities such as AC etc worked efficiently. Problem with TV was resolved speedily by maintenance staff. Facilities might be improved with in room refrigerators and there was no room service menu in my room

Took me a bit to figure out hot water, but it was then reliable. Restaurant at hotel served delicious food (Indian). Staff was accommodating when I had made a mistake in my reservation. Road construction on the street made transportation a bit tricky but was able to manage.
