Close to subway.

The hotel is located right in Downtown Flushing which makes it very convenient to walk to all the restaurants and stores. Skyline view of Manhattan from our hotel room was also a plus. However, for almost $300 a night in Flushing (not Manhattan), I would expect a working hair dryer and restocked supplies for the coffee maker. Only decaf Nespresso pods were available in the room. The receptionist at check-in was also not very pleasant, no smiles, no greetings, and somewhat speaks in a condescending tone. All others were professional and friendly. Valet parking was a plus. They let us leave the car in the garage for a few hours even after check-out which was very convenient.

Everything else was fine. BUT the air conditioner was so noisy!!!

The staff is top notch

The air conditioner is as noisy as the engine. When we asked someone to check it, it was still the same. They said there was no spare room for us to change to. When the service staff delivered something to the room, they left without closing the door. We were all stunned when we came back from outside. The door was open and no one was inside.

Lloyd at the front desk was awesome. He was very helpful and accommodating.

The hotel is very nice but the location was not very ideal for local dining and shopping options. The in-room air conditioner was very loud.

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was located in a great area! Walking distance to so much food and entertainment. The room was quiet and over looked the city.

I stayed after my flight was canceled. The free shuttle service was very convenient and only about a 10 minute trip from the airport. The staff was very friendly and gave me recommendations of the vibrant neighbourhood. I enjoyed nice food, boba tea, and stepped into some of the local markets. Botanical gardens within walking distance. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean and was the perfect place to recharge after a stressful travel day. I would absolutely stay here again and big thanks to drivers, front desk staff, and everyone who made my stay feel like home!

This was a mixed bag. Two of the front desk staff I interacted with were lovely. The other was inexplicably rude and condescending right off the bat for no apparent reason as I was polite and patient. We had a suite that had one bed and a pull out couch for four people. No linens were provided for the sofa bed until we asked. For close to $600 a night I expected better.

We are thrilled we stayed at Hotel Indigo Flushing, as this was our first time here. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was exceptional, especially Thanusha and Lloyd at the front desk. They both made us feel welcomed and answered all our questions! I look forward to our next trip to Flushing and staying here again.

It would have been the perfect stay, except for the delay of getting our rooms. Other than that the room was great. The shower was awesome! The staff were all very friendly. I would stay there again.
