Spacy bath

Very comfortable, classic hotel in the National Wrestling Federation area. Some staff were top tier, going above and beyond to make the stay great and easy; others probably need more training in hospitality but the good ones were excellent. Decent gym, okay spa (both operated by private companies). Could use more furnishings in the lobby and more/better restaurant options, but the bar is excellent. Rooms are solid, with great beds and other furnishings. The suite is worth it. Good proximity to some bars and restaurants, and not too long a walk to Sukhbaataar Square.

Overall, the hotel's exterior was nice, but the interior of the room was very dated. The bathroom smelled strongly, and the bathtub wouldn't drain, making showering difficult. I requested repairs from the hotel, but Plumber simply came and observed without taking any action. The food was decent and the surroundings were nice, but considering the condition of the room, I wouldn't stay here again.

Easy check in, and nice big room. Breakfast was fine, but did not vary over the week we were there.

The hotel was probably top tier back in the days, but is showing its age. The room is spacious, but the facilities need an update. Breakfast choices are not great

Skuffende opphold. Ventet mer av et 4* hotell med det navnet. Fasaden er fin, men inni oppleves det nesten 3*. Lite rom, lite bad. Finnes bedre mer sentralt beliggende hoteller i Ulaanbaatar. Utvalget til frokost var lite kl 0900. Service var det ikke. Jeg snakket ikkE med noen, og ingen fylte på bufferen der det manglet. Bortgjemt spa i kjelleren som ikke viste interesse for å få nye kunder.

My stay was wonderful.

It is nice hotel with few amenities and a good location. Staff was not particularly helpful perhaps because of limited English knowledge. There is a bar in the hotel which has a large selection of liquors from different parts of the world but does not serve food. Also, there is a Chinese restaurant which did not look promising, so I did not venture into it.

This hotel had what i was looking for, hot water, good wifi, nice staff, clean room, good free breakfast. The hotel is not that updated. There are more expensive hotels in the area but I was happy with the price i paid and my stay in the hotel. The Emart is very close by and convenient

Excellent

The onsite massage place was perfect - I went twice for a 90-minute massage ! Next to the Chinggis Khaan Hotel is the eMart which has everything you need - including a 24-hour laundromat on the 3rd floor. Staff wasn't very personable but was still helpful.Even on the highest floor there were still sirens and honking - which is everywhere in Ulaanbaatar.

We had two people staying in the room and they never gave us two towels without us calling to ask for them! When my wife went to check out, she asked for a late check out and they said OK and then when we were leaving, they kind of lost it in the system Also the shower system in the bathroom is ridiculous. We could never get the curtain to keep from rubbing against us. The gym was good and the restaurant was good and everybody was really friendly and nice and I would stay there again, but it does need some updating.

직원이 매우친절 했습니다. 호텔 프런트에 택시를 요청하였는데 택시기사와 의사소통을 해주어서 목적지까지 쉽게 도착하였습니다 엿날의 영광을 되찾기에는 너무 오래된 건물이 안타깝습니다만 가까운 곳에 이마트가 있고 방은 매우 깨끗하고 편안했습니다.
