The hotel does not correspond to 5-star. I noticed many things that cause doubt and deep surprise... P.S. I will write a separate complaint about the shortcomings in detail, it is enough to state one episode - on July 22 there was no water supply in the hotel for more than 6 hours.

Otelin havuzu kullanılmıyordu klima çalışmıyordu dil bilen personel yok sauna ve spa kapalı yani sitenizde tanıtılmış olan hiç bir aktivite gerçek değil hiç memnun değilim

Otelim merkezi yerde olması ve fiyatının uygun olması iyi onun dışında herşeyi negatife

Fiyata göre 2 yıldız bir otel sistem çok eski

Otele girişte internet rezervasyonum yapılmadığı söylendi sonra birkaç telefon edildikten sonra online kaydımı yapıldı ifade edildi biraz zorluk çıktı. Otel odası güzeldi temizlik ve hijyen kurallarına uygundu. Sabah kahvaltısı hem çok kötüydü hem yetersizdi. Gerekli iyileştirmeler yapılırsa güzel bir otel

The hotel is very old and not in a good condition. Rooms are not too bad but very old style.

Otelin konumu çok iyi. Biraz eski ama temiz odakar ve yataklar.

I went to breakfast and waited for 15 min for kichten to prepare, suddenly there are two aged lady approached my breakfast when it was about to send to my table and stoped breakfast for around 3 minutes to discuss what they wanted to eat in a very close way to my food, their fingers almost on the bread, I was worried about the food got contaminated so I told the server that I do not want eat any more, then I left the restaurant. I only stay in Batumi for one day in past 10 years, but I had no breakfast. I reported to the front desk regarding this issue and I suggested that do not let any other ppl to approach or talk very closely in front of the cooked food, the server shall deny those type of the inappropriate way, it is not suitable to discuss or communicate what they want in front of my food, I feel unsafe to stay in this hotel.

Schreckliches Hotel! Abzocke! Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht, Zimmer im 4. Stock bekommen, Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Am nächsten Tag kleineres Zimmer mit Balkon erhalten. Nach diesem Horror einen Tag früher abgereist!

Söylenenin aksine odamız yeterince temizdi, odamızda havlu ve terlikler mevcuttu resepsiyonda ki arkadaş gecenin yorgunluğu olabilir belki biraz umursamaz tavırlar sergiliyordu. Onun dışında tesis konum olarak da çok merkezi bir noktada. Memnun ayrılıyoruz

Hotelin içi ve odası kokuyordu camı açık bırakıp içini havalandırdık. Ama fiyatı ve şehrin merkezinde olması çok cazip.

Otel personeli Türkçe bilmiyordu.Otopark sorunu mevcut.Televizyonumuz çalışmıyordu.Oda temizdi.Fiyat performans oteliydi.Kahvaltı yapmadığımız için ona yorum yapamıyorum.Lüx beklentisi içine girmeyin.Temiz konaklanabilir bir otel,konum itibari ile çok iyiydi biz şehri yürüyerek gezdik.

Sakin ve düzenli bir otel ama iletişim kurma konusunda resepsiyon görevlileri çok pasif
