The hotel was closed to the mall and difference restaurants , safe to walk around ,staff very polite and friendly.

Very nice breakfast and the service was outstanding. Anything we needed the staff was quick to jump at what we needed. Lovely experience.

Continua capacitación al personal del hotel en servicio al cliente , cada día se aprende algo nuevo , debemos de estar en constante evolucion

This is my second stay at this hotel, and I am extremely satisfied with their service, the facilities, and the central location. Will definitely return here if visiting Quito again.
