Great

It was an OK stay. The staff was pleasant, the rooms are large, but window area cleanliness was not perfect when I arrived. It's a very nice hotel for a one to two-day tourism stay. I stayed for a week on a business trip. Breakfast did not have a lot of variety. Not sure I'll stay there again next time I am in town.

Pleasant hotel with a nice central pool. Food was plain and fairly uninteresting. Staff generally v helpful. One weird encounter with a waitress who evidently hadn't been taught that the customer comes first.

Very nice property with very friendly staff

A good breakfast. Lovely pool but rather too windy to enjoy it while we were there. Room ok....very spacious

Schöne Bar. Schönes Hotel, aber kein Strand. Gehe zu Fuss zur Praia Canela (!). Keine Unterhaltung, aber gut gelegen; nur 2€ zum Plateau. Essen gut und preislich sehr ok. Sehr gutes Personal. Ruhig.

Nice pool and easy walking to some nearby restaurants

Købt som værelse med balkon og havudsigt. Vi delte opgang med 3 andre værelser, der alle skulle “gennem” vores balkon når de skulle ned til poolen. Havudsigt var der, når man strakte sig på balkonen… Det hele godt slidt, rengøring tålelig, uden at være prangende. Dog var det værste, den manglende entusiasme hos personalet, ingen smil, nærmest til ulempe i baren. Bedste beskrivelse er vel triste mennesker 😳. Lidt ærgerligt når man holder ferie. Endelig var der alt for mange larmende børn på hotellet

Schönes kleines Hotel mi Pool in guter Lage. Zimmer groß und geräumig, Betten bequem, Frühstück und Essen gut, Zimmerservice verbesserungswürdig

The hotel overall is okay but the food in the restaurant is limited and the chicken is do tuff until you cannot chew it. Do is the tuna which they pride themselves on.

The best hotel for value

Pris og standard er passende. Dog et plus at i baren kan få noget at spise hele dagen, hvis restauranten er lukket.

Fairly nice place; friendly staff. Will be even nicer after upcoming (long overdue) remodeling.

J'ai particulièrement apprécié la qualité de service, le sourire et la bonne humeur de l'ensemble du personnel. Une amélioration à envisager : plus informations pour les visiteurs qui ne connaissent pas. Où aller ? Que voir ? Conseils pratiques, etc

Great hotel and staff

The people who work at reception rooms and breakfast are very good but this hotel in terms of menu need to change a lot of things. I don’t understand why if you order a plate of steak or fish it’s doesn’t come with any side. In terms of food and the management,this hotel is in a bad way

Checked in a 2:30 am almost half hour for computer to boot up so I can pay. Since it was so late I could have paid next morning at check out.
