A very lovely stay and good value for money - would recommend this hotel highly!

La chambre, la piscine, les restaurants de l'hôtel et particulièrement le personnel qui était très accueillant et à nos soins.

Väldigt smutsigt, otrevlig personal speciellt i receptionen, massor av myggor i rummen och fast än vi bad om myggspey som de själva sa fanns fick vi aldrig det. Gick inte att sova på nätterna pga myggorna

Unsere Familysuite war sehr gemütlich, die Klimaanlage sehr ruhig und angenehm temperiert. Das Personal war in den ersten fünf Tagen sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und zuvorkommend. An den letzten zwei Tagen ( Hotel wohl ausgebucht) wurde man an den Tischen im Hauptrestaurant leider gerne übersehen und man fühlte sich nicht wirklich willkommen. Reservierungen in den Spezialrestaurants gestalteten sich eher schwierig, da angeblich alles reserviert war....obwohl dann noch einige Plätze frei waren. Trotzdem war unser Aufenthalt wirklich wunderschön, da die Beachbar, Poolbar und die gesamte Anlage wunderbar sind.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und stets zuvorkommend! Die unterschiedlichen Restaurants waren großartig! Die Zimmer sind leider renovierungsbedürftig.

Gorgeous view, quiet environment

Friendly staff and great rooms which are huge and clean.q Enjoyed the beach front and the various sports and water activities. Numerous food options in the all inclusive package. Downside was the water and electric cuts. I have emveem to less developed countries and they have sufficient backups such as generators and water storage. Was not pleased with the club situated near the reception as was informed on the hotel tour local drinks including rum was included in the all inclusive package. However the staff stated only beer and wine was available which did not make sense as I could get local rum every where else on the hotel complex.

Had to change room, some staff were attentive and Spa was excellent - most rooms under renovation most of the hotel requires an upgrade

Let’s start with Rohan the manager. He was incredible helpful happy and just couldn’t do enough to help you. And this was only the beginning. The staff every single one ! Happy and helpful. Not a common sight but this was truly appreciated. Kishan at the beach bar a wonderful human. Always jolly quick with drinks. Rai one of his colleagues also the same just fantastic. Soburan the towel lady was phenomenal asked about the holiday what we were up to genuinely Engaging with holidayers. The boat house staff all of them fantastic. Free kayaking yes please. The restaurant staff. Nitin super shy very attentive. No empty glasses of water. Shaffick was asked for chilli sauce once and remebered every time. How fantastic. Masala tea. Was brought out for us daily. I cannot rate this hotel Highly enough !!

Séjour de 5 nuits agréable dans l’ensemble mais gâché par des petits désagréments liés à l’hébergement. L’hôtel a besoin d’un grand coup de rajeunissement. Le personnel est gentil mais inefficace. Ce n’est véritablement pas un 4 étoiles

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’hôtel. Le cadre est magnifique, le personnel très accueillant, et les services sont de qualité. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la tranquillité des lieux , TOUS les repas et la propreté des installations. Le seul petit inconvénient : notre chambre était un peu éloignée et située au 2e étage sans ascenseur, ce qui n’était pas très pratique avec un bébé et une poussette. Mais cela ne gâche en rien la qualité de notre séjour. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Fantastic place to visit Mauritsius. Located in a lovely bay, the resort offers you variety of activities to do and a wide selection of food for any taste! The hotel staff is polite and cheering, always available to give advices or suggestions. In particular, I would like to thank Ismail, and the boathouse team!

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Tolle Anlage und ein schöner, ruhiger Strand. Ideal mit Kindern, das Meer ist flach und warm, so können die kleinen stundenlang im Wasser und am Strand spielen. Das Essen ist qualitativ gut, nur nicht sehr abwechslungsreich.

Manque de propreté dans les chambres; le service des chambres n'a pas donné suite a mes demandes; salle de bains austère et manque de nettoyage. Equipement bain et douche viellot et gel douche non rempli regulierement. Douchette cassée et non réparée malgré ma demande. Repas au buffet tres répétitif et manque de saveurs; parfois odeurs de cafard dans les plats. Dessert sans saveur. Petit-déjeuner simple et peu varié. Présence de nombreux animaux errants dans l'hôtel et restaurant ( chiens et chatS) Meilleur repas dans les autres restaurants proposés en demi-pension. Ben hôtel, tres belle et spacieuse piscine. Les enfants s'amusent beaucoup. Animation du soir sympa et variée. Service au bar tres bien, personnel souriant et a l'écoute. Goûter de l'après-midi excellent.

Nous avons aimé l'hôtel et les nombreux restaurants. Nous avons moins aimé les petites anomalies en chambre (lavabo bouché, douche cassée).
