We enjoyed our week-long stay at Seasense and would give it a 4.5 score if we could. This small 63-room adult-only boutique hotel is beautifully designed and the rooms are well appointed. Service is friendly and attentive, but can be slow at mealtimes. The exclusive beach is quite small and shallow but fine for a splash or a snorkel. The pretty à la carte restaurant is right by the sea, and there was no shortage of loungers, including with shade. The small pool is heated and lovely for a quick dip. The modest spa and sauna is a nice touch. Two issues however. First, noise from the road: the hotel is sandwiched on a small strip or land between the main coast road and the sea. More importantly, we found the food quite variable: occasionally excellent, always presented beautifully, but often bland and under-seasoned and cold. A shame given the reputation of Mauritian cuisine. Also, half the menu items (and nearly all the fish options) are subject to hefty supplements. The buffet night (combined with a free cocktail party for guests) was however enjoyable.

Nous avons eu la chance de séjourner dans plusieurs hôtels au cours de nos voyages, mais celui-ci restera pour nous une expérience exceptionnelle. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été touchés par l’accueil chaleureux, le professionnalisme et l’attention sincère de toute l’équipe. Nous nous sommes sentis privilégiés du début à la fin. L’hôtel est magnifique : plage paradisiaque, piscines superbes, chambre luxueuse où chaque détail est pensé avec soin. Les petites attentions quotidiennes, les décorations florales et l’ambiance générale nous ont énormément touchés. Un immense merci également au spa, qui a été une véritable découverte pour nous puisque c’était notre tout premier massage. Les praticiennes ont de l’or dans les mains. Leur douceur, leur professionnalisme, leur gentillesse et l’atmosphère apaisante du lieu nous ont permis de vivre un moment inoubliable. Nous avons adoré l’emplacement à Belle Mare, plus sauvage et calme, parfait pour se ressourcer. Merci aussi aux équipes organisant les excursions ainsi qu’aux animations de l’hôtel, notamment la soirée barbecue que nous avons adorée. Enfin, la nourriture était incroyable du petit-déjeuner au dîner, et la propreté irréprochable. Mention spéciale également au parfum de l’hôtel qui restera associé à de merveilleux souvenirs. Merci infiniment pour cette parenthèse magique à l’île Maurice. Chambre 232, la cliente aux cheveux tressés et son conjoint fan de votre rhum vanille 🌴✨

Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, das Personal sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und äußerst hilfsbereit. Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig, ebenso die Speisekarte. Wir hatten Halbpension und es gab auch hier die Möglichkeit sich das Mahl zusammen zu stellen.

Ein wunderbares und schönes Hotel. Da und dort etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es wird aber rücksichtsvoll für die Gäste renoviert. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit einer Terrasse und direktem Zugang zum lediglich 20 Meter entfernten Strand (eigentlich lag unser Zimmer direkt am Strand). Das war ein Highlight und absolut zu empfehlen. Der Strand ist sehr gepflegt. Alles in allem ist alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das gesamte Personal ist freundlich, herzlich, aufmerksam und sehr zuvorkommend. Vor allem beim Servicepersonal sind uns Jerome und Silvana sehr ans Herz gewachsen. Die Küche ist hervorragend. Das Frühstücksbuffet am Morgen und das Dreigängemenü am Abend lassen keine Wünsche offen. In den drei Wochen waren wir zweimal im Spa und haben nebst Sauna auch Massagen gebucht. Shika und Kasana haben uns hervorragend im Spa begleitet. Eigentlich ist um 11:30 Uhr Checkout. Das Management hat uns aber einen Late-Checkout ermöglicht und so konnten wir vor unserem Abflug die Annehmlichkeiten des Hotels bis zur Abreise am frühen Abend geniessen. Vielen lieben Dank, Youna und dem Management. Ein Urlaub im Seasense Boutique Hotel & Spa ist wirklich zu empfehlen.

Good hotel, decent food options from half board package

Fantastisk ophold hvor billederne levede op til alt - og mere til! Service niveauet var sublimt og der var vitterligt ikke en finger at sætte på noget.

Eine sehr gelungene und ruhige Anlage- übersichtlich. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Großes Frühstücksbüfett und Abendessen sehr aufwendig. Wer Abendessen mit bucht muss sich mit einfacheren Essen abfinden. Jederzeit kann ein Upgrade genommen werden. Preise sind sehr sportlich, vor allem für Aktivitäten und Spa. Sich unbedingt nach Alternativen umschauen.

Bel établissement et belle plage. Personnel serviable et sympathique. Bon Petit déjeuner par contre les repas du soir n’étaient pas à notre convenance.

The staff and general service levels were superb. Nothing was too much trouble. It's situated on a nice beach with a good sea swimming area. The rooms were clean and modern. Highly recommended.

All staff was very friendly and not over the top so you feel very comfortable. We stayed in the Royal Sea suite and the private pool is definitely a wonderful luxury. You are also on the edge of the resort so you get more privacy. Food was great, they accommodate dietary requirements ... nothing to fault. And did I mention the view is just stunning?

The hotel is beautiful and well kept , the staff are so welcoming and obliging every guest is treat like a v.i.p I have never stayed anywhere that has given such a personal service as they do . I haven’t enough words to praise Seasense hotel the place and staff are simply amazing . I strongly recommend it ...
