Well maintained property. Room was clean and bed was so comfortable, I want one for home! The one thing that was a hiccup not the worst thing but I had to switch rooms because I decided to stay one more day and the usb charging was not working . I feel if that if the only thing to complain about was phone charging I consider that a win! Will definitely stay here again.

It was ok and comfortable and everything was nearby

I was traveling solo for the first time. I was there for 2 weeks. It was amazing. It was conveniently located to. All attractions, I was able to walk to a different place for dinner each night that I was there. I will do it again.

Beach was close

Excellent hotel in the heart of town. They have beach towels, umbrellas and comfortable lounges. The location is very convenient: literally a minute away from restaurants, bars, coffee shops. The room was clean and quiet with nice outdoor furniture and a pool view. Thank you very much for such a great experience. It was our first time in Turks and Caicos. We loved it!

The cleanliness

This place is such a great deal for the price. It is at least half the cost of any other place you would stay at in the same area. It is newly renovated, but still a little unkept in areas. Overall I was very happy with the cleanliness and service. There are 2 things, other than the price, that make this place so great. First, location location location. You are a 3 minute walk from your own access to the beach. They have lounge chairs and umbrellas set up. It is by far the most beautiful beach space I have ever seen. Second, rather than providing a breakfast on site, they give you vouchers for local cafes to eat breakfast. The food was delicious and offered a lot of flexibility to our mornings. I felt safe the entire time. I also enjoyed using the pool at the end of the day when I was done at the beach. They cleaned the rooms daily, which was appreciated. There were beach/pool towels available. Overall, I would stay here again for sure!

Convenient and close to everything

Great access to beach across the street. Lots of restaurant and grocery options in the area. Loved that the hotel had their own beach spot with umbrellas and chairs.

We enjoyed our stay at Grace Bay Suites. The property is behind Danny Buoys restaurant, so you must trek behind a parking lot to get to the hotel entrance. We enjoyed the pool and the room was clean and had many great amenities like an iron, hair dryer, coffee, and soaps in the shower (though they were not labeled, so we were unsure which was shampoo vs conditioner vs body wash lol). The staff was attentive, though one concierge was always distracted by her phone, therefore unwilling to answer questions or book tours for us when we asked. Overall, great location for the beach and restaurants with a feeling of safety as a female traveler, and a good price too for the area. Thanks for making our trip comfortable!

Appearance of Entrance area could be improved as well as tv operation instructions. Air conditioning did not seem to be operational, but the fan was excellent.

The air conditioning did not cool off the room at night. The fan did not work most of the time. The maintenance person pulled the chain to turn on the fan and looked at us like we were idiots. Except the fan shut off by itself 10 minutes after he left and we could not turn it back on. In spite of our request, he never came back to fix it. The room was too hot to sleep through the night. We were forced to leave the terrace door open the last night to make it tolerable, this was probably the worst hotel experience I have had in the last 20 years.
