Let the hotel 4 days early place was terrible would not give us a refund

Room not clean at all, no water at night. Breakfast forget about it, it’s better to bring your own food or sort yourself out( no variety, eggs were done by the time I was requesting and they offered sausages which I couldn’t eat at that time mark you it was at 8:45AM and breakfast ends at 10:00AM). Receptionist was friendly but for housekeeping very rude I overheard one saying my family should be chased out so that they can clean the room and mark you the water was our delay. Curtains were torn, bedsheet dirt, mosquito nets dirty there was cobwebs and had to kill two roaches. No vanity kits, toilets were not functioning. I was given a king bed which was just two 3x6 mattresses combined. I wouldn’t recommend it if you are looking for luxury it’s in the bare minimum. I had an experience in 2024 when it was MGM but after cocoa beach things went south the place turned from luxury to necessity.

The staff were very attentive and helpful. Food is not the vest. Hotel is run down.

This place has terrible room conditions need major renovations

The front staff are very friendly 💯👏👏 however during dinner, there were no varieties and also drinks were not included, at least a glass of juice per person would work. I Also requested for a packed breakfast, however there was no menu to choose from, and also was packed without cutlery. My daughter accidentally scratched her face at the beach, we requested for a first aid or an Elastoplast, only to be told it was not available. At the poolside, we ordered chicken nuggets and lollipops but they were not well cooked. I called the waiter to send the food back to the kitchen, but we never saw the food again

Rooms were clean the staff very welcoming and caring they were no nearby shops and air conditioning was so perfect

Alt var pænt og rent, værelset var fint med god terrasse og udsigt til havet. Der manglede en remote til a/c men personalet kom med den meget hurtigt. Meget behageligt ophold og kommer gerne tilbage.

The ocean was visible from my patio. I don't use spas.

This hotel used fo be legendary. It is going through mayor renovations. We were given an unacceptable room at first and we were trying to leave but the manager made sure we were transferred to a much better one. We had a great time with the nicest staff, a great gym and classes every day.

I was checked into the garden side of the resort upon arrival, which honestly felt like an abandoned section of the property. The bathrooms were outdated and in very poor condition & covered in mold and felt extremely unhygienic. The bedsheets were dirty, with visible stains, bugs, and insect shells. AC was also not working. I asked to get moved to a different room. Staff attempted to move me to several diff rooms, but they were all in similar condition. I waited over 2hrs before being placed in a somewhat better room (bedding wise). I was told that management would relocate me the following morning once other guests checked out on the other side of the resort. The next day, i was moved to a beach-view room, but unfortunately,the bathroom conditions wasnt any better. It just had a newer sink. Room service came in while i was sleeping. Which shocked me, bc I’ve never had that happen to me. Like why? BTW, None of the elevators were working. If you’re traveling with children, elderly, someone with a disability, or heavy luggage, be prepared to use the stairs at all times. Overall, this was one of the worst experience I’ve had. When I asked about leaving that same night, I was informed there were no refunds. I ended up spending as little time in the room as possible each day. There was nothing luxurious about this resort, it felt empty and lifeless, almost like a ghost town, especially compared to the nearby beachfront hotels. I would not choose to stay here again.

This place could be so much more with some TLC. The location and beach front position are lovely. Great grounds and spacious rooms but everything here needs updating. Decorating. Rooms. Appliances. A spa that is open when it says it is. The food in the restaurants. Juice that is juice and not some water based cordial. Unfriendly staff. I wish for a large developer to come in and provide a huge makeover but as it is I could not recommend it to anyone.

The rooms and amenities are in need of renovations. The level of services were mixed. However, the staff were friendly.

The pictures shown in website is completely opposite of reality. Yes it’s water Front but the hotel is literally falling apart with mold everywhere. The hotel denote was dirty and cracked wood. Toilet not working, the bedsheet dirty. I don’t believe this hotel was maintained for the last 50yrs. It was completely nightmare. When you first come in, the staff make you sign a paper. - do not sign! We immediately checked out of there. We cannot bare to sleep in dungeon.

Everything was nice and we liked

Room wasn’t has advertised, no fridge, no Minibar, no hair dryer, also said it sleeps 4 but only had a double bed. Constant power and water outages. Some maintenance issues. Resort is starting to look tired. This is just a quick off the top of my head list.

I have never been so disappointed at a hotel, I had to change like three rooms because the toilet flash was not working. They was an awful pipe smell of sewage in the toilet. customer service was appalling. The food was ridiculously expensive and was just trash. The Wi-Fi was a joke.
