Rating & Review Keseluruhan Holiday Inn MAURITIUS MON TRESOR, an IHG Hotel

Staff was really nice, changed our bedding when I told them of found stains, fridge not working, maintenance came said door was left open, told him we had just opened the fridge and found it warm, was told to give it a few hours to see if it works, never did work, maintenance too lazy in my opinion to just change the fridge and deal with the fridge to appease the customer.

Personnel was amazing, super nice. The buffet is a NO GO👎

Que des atouts, accueil agréable, chambre confortable, navette gratuite à la demande pour l'aèroport, grande chambre avec clim et frigo et surtout un pdj buffet de compétition et un excellent restaurant très abordable avec quelques excellents plats mauriciens entre autres. Et cerise on the cake pour vous occuper avant de prendre votre avion, la navette de l'hôtel peux vous déposer dans un centre commercial proche ou même dans un hôtel de plage partenaire pour profiter de vos dernières heures à Maurice. What else !

Excellent hotel and service !

Good for one night stay. Service varied a lot but mainly it was above average. Food was allright in the restaurant. The sundbeds didn't include mattresses which was bad. The bathroom was brown of mold or dirt, not sure which one. Shuttle was good.

Fantastic hotel with great staff. Wanted for nothing.😊 breakfast buffet was very good. Free shuttle to airport, mall and the beach. Much appreciated. Thank you 😊

The staff were excellent. I travelled with a wheelchair and they were always willing to help, accomodate requests and make plans to assist.

Lovely airport hotel, free shuttle bus to/from airport, shopping and the beach! Wonderful pool to cool off. The 1933 restaurant is very tasty and bar makes lots of cocktails. Great stay for airport transfer.

It's a really nice hotel and the breakfast selection was really good and the most of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The issues that I had was mostly with the cleaners they would constantly not provide towels or top up on tea bags or on one occasion the cleaner jammed the sink plug in the wash basin was left with water and did not inform their colleagues of the issue so this was left for me to have to alert reception of the issues. I was having to inform the reception desk of things that the cleaners had not added or done on a daily basis. However apart from this I had a really good time, Although not the hotels fault their should be some facility for public transport to come near the hotel for guests who may want to use this to go out and about via public transport.

Everything was excellent at the hotel. Only negative was we booked a double and a twin but were given two twins. The reception staff did not seem to take any ownership or action to rectify this. Surely the number of rooms available of each type were incorrectly supplied to hotels.com. We were just made to feel unreasonable wanting the double and that this situation possibly occurs quite often.

First of all my stay itself was nice. My problems were- my room was not ready after I had corresponded with them weeks prior and they had asked my arrival time; which was 15:00… Secondly, a male staff member just unlocked & opened the door without knocking to my room as I was in it. He apologized and said he had the wrong room, but that was very awkward and I am glad I had clothes on !

Check-in was rigid! We arrived passed 2 p.m. room was ready after 3 p.m.the lobby was hot nonfan to cool down thewhile airing.

It’s a fine airport hotel.

Pleasantly surprised to stay in a well kept hotel by the airport with free shuttle and 24 hour room service!

Das Hotel liegt nah am Flughafen, optisch ist das Gebäude in die Jahre gekommen. Es gibt draußen einen Pool. Frühstück ist in Ordnung. Es gibt einen Shuttle Service zum Flughafen und zu einem Strand.

Long séjour de 11 nuits pour nous. Hôtel agréable. Staff accueillant et très sympathique. Accueil personnalisé du directeur assistant.Les réveillons de Noël et Nouvel An ont été bien préparés par le staff et bien réussis. Le buffet du petit dejeuner est très copieux. Navettes régulières pour la plage, le supermarché et l'aéroport. Hôtel de transit à proximité immédiate de l'aéroport mais très calme. En 11 nuits, aucun souci de bruit d'avion. Nous étions venus nous reposer surtout et passer les fêtes. Une belle réussite. Merci 🙂 à l'équipe du Holiday Inn Maurice. Je recommande vivement.
