It was amazing! Will definitely stay there again. Food lacked in flavor but everything else was amazing.

The staff was excellent friendly and very helpful. Wish there was an atm on the property so bring enough cash, taxis range from 40-80 round trip so make note. All the beaches were nice and clean and had multiple water sports to choose from. The buffet was amazing mutiple options for vegans/pescatarians. Servers were very attentive and kind. Overall loved the experience and the staff was amazing definitely recommend!

This property needs more dining options. The food was a disaster! The food was tasteless and there were VERY few menu options. There is only one restaurant open at any given time. This was NOT the all inclusive option I was expecting.

Positive: the location, the private beach,the staff, the drinks, wifi( amazing and fast), its really quiet perfect if you want to relax Less positive: They gave us only one bottle of water for the entire stay and I wish they would have a stop to eat that would close around midnight or 1 am.. The food need more seasoning

The property is fantastic with 4 beaches. The staff is great so nice and helpful. We had a beach front bungalow maybe 25 yards to the beautiful ocean. So the rooms are older but clean. No tv or microwave but the wifi works very well. The fridge was stocked daily we got beer and lots water. So the one bad thing for us the main dining area is a walk up a hill then maybe 25 steps. I have a bad hip my wife a bad foot and this will keep us from going back if you are looking for a smaller and secluded resort we would recommend it

The highlight of this property is the several beautiful beaches along the long coastline. We stayed in a Royal Palm Beach room was nice with a quiet, beautiful beach and lounge chairs right out side our door. Don't expect the Ritz though. You will find minor flaws such as missing caulk. However, I'm unsure as to the quality of the superior seaview rooms. They put us in one of these the first night as our room wasn't available. It was dark, plain, and the bedspreads were tattered. It may have been a room not remodeled yet as it looks nothing like the pictures on the hotel website. Food was mostly buffet style, but was better than typical all inclus

We enjoyed our privacy in the royal palm units. Beaches were stunning with access to some of the best ocean beaches I’ve ever swam in.

Room was dated, but comfortable for two (renovations in progress). Food is buffet style with limited changes nightly. Very quiet throughout the area, enjoyed the infinity pool and lounging at the beach. Small grounds area (1 pool). If you’re looking to relax, read, and lounge at the beach it’s a good stay.

Great location for peace and quiet, multiple beaches one resort. friendly staff, some areas are a little dated, but the natural beauty of the environment is awesome, best bang for your buck, if you want the all inclusive experience.

We had a fabulously relaxed time at this AI Adults only resort. It’s not refined or exclusive but that is reflected in the price. The location with access to 4 beaches is beautiful and the staff are wonderful. Special thanks to Gerald at the water sports hut for his exquisite sailing skills and trips on the hobie cat. We hope to return soon

We really enjoyed our whole stay here. The view is beautiful. Most importantly they have a grouo if amazing staff, each and everyone were so friendly and welcoming. Our room gets cleaned daily. Just some key notes is to keep the water bottle thats in your room to fill up at the water diapenser and room towels were not changed daily. Overall we had an amazing experience.

Hawksbill is a nice quiet resort. Beautiful beaches. There are 4. Nicely maintained. Beaches and main dining are all walkable. We'll light. Food was very good a a nice selection. Would return.

It's a nice location. The staff were great. The bedroom and bathroom was basic, and our basin plug didn't work.

Let me tell you about Hawksbill Resort.. The views, ocean, and atmosphere is mostly beautiful and relaxing. It is quiet and a calm, peaceful beach getaway when the water is not rough. The pool is wonderful and for us it was easy to find great seating wherever we wanted to be. The staff could not be less attentive or more rude. Even if you approach with kindness you are met with sarcasm, attitude, and minimal willingness to resolve any issue. I had to speak with them 3 times about taking the airport transfer off my bill because they never showed up (we took a taxi) and to set up the new taxi for departure. Then was laughed at as if I didn’t have the conversation with them. Water is scarce as the two refillable containers are never full and one of the water receptacles sits in the sun. They do not give you more than one water bottle that you are expected to refill. The food is 5/10 like edible- nothing inspiring or interesting- mostly very bland. Service was non existent. Room service was great but they run out of towels. I could go on with shocking stories about the lack of attention and care. There are some diamonds in the rough you should try and seek out, but good luck. We dreaded having to talk to anyone there because they were so condescending and rude. The grounds are beautiful and great views and set up. Loved the outdoor-ish shower.

It was an amazing place! The only thing was people saving beach chairs got annoying, but I don’t know what can be done about that.
