Great customer service with your private assistant.

The staff was excellent especially our butler’s Romaine and Michelle, the restaurant choices were great and the amenities like massages and hydrotherapy were excellent also. Definitely would recommend to others and we would like to visit again in the near future. One love!

Butlers Romaine and Michelle were wonderful. If there was anything I wanted or needed, I was always able to get it. The staff across the sister properties were wonderful as well. I truly enjoyed my vacation!!!

Such a wonderful vacation. Our butlers were amazing. Super shout out to Michele and Romaine. Anything we needed they provided! The room was so comfortable and beautiful and walked right out into the pool. The bed was super comfy!

Great staff. Very nice, professional. Drink selections were not good. Need more common drinks, not bottom shelf liquors. Peaches, Kirk, Shaquille, Temika, Dewayne are all valuable employees, they make the resort very welcoming, and you can tell they genuinely love making the guest happy. Highly recommend this resort

The property is very private, very quiet, with stunning views. You can watch the sunset. The staff is very attentive.

Lobby and communal areas were a little bit scruffy but they are having a refurb later in the year. My room was huge and amazing. Food was excellent. Crystal at reception was a ray of sunshine.

Swim out suite was great

Loved the view from my swim out room. Staff were so nice and helpful.
