The hotel location is great- very friendly and helpful staff. The onsite restaurants was really good too.

Very clean room, extremely welcoming staff that make you feel right at home, the meals at the restaurant were amazing and in a convenient location close to everything that you would need.

Definitely recommend this place if you are landing in Lapaz. cable car station is less than a minute walk and very convenient location. the only downside is expedia gave us a free 30min massage voucher and the massage therapist didnt do a good job.

Very nice large rooms, top condition. Desk service friendly and helpful, overall really a nice place. To be improved: breakfast service is sometimes poor; server forgets your order or nobody is around, and buffet is not refilled. Once after the room cleaning, there were lots of hairs on the bathroom floor - that's not 5-star.

Amazing view from room

Stayed in 501 (corner room) had a stunning panoramic view of La Paz mountains. Could watch the sunrise each day - amazing. Could also black out with curtains. Could control the thermostat - which was very helpful. The gym next door is fully equipped - you'll find all you need, but their hours are short: 9-3 weekdays and 9-1 weekends. You'll need a small lock to use the lockers and bring your own water/water bottle. Small grievances in the hotel room: Hot water took a while to come on and there wasn't an option for 'English' subtitles on TV.

Very nice hotel away from the old town but taxis are very inexpensive and we had excellent local restaurants. One of our best meals was at the hotel restaurant, Terra, which I highly recommend...it appeared people not staying at the hotel would come to eat there. We needed a separate card to take the elevator to our room. The Swedish embassy was located on the floor below ua. The staff was excellent, including communication about us arriving at 4am. We especially lived the bartender, David, who was fun and made outstanding drinks. Gracias!
