Great deal for the price and location, two-minute walk and you get to West Bay Beach. The Hotel is in front of West Bay Road (easy to access and recognize). Nearby to different restaurants, shops, stores, plazas, etc. Room was clean and plenty of space. Staff was friendly and courteous all the time. Great place to stay if you're looking for a price - location deal. Breakfast was simple but ok. The hotel rooms are a little outdated it would be nice to make some improvements, have bottled water as courtesy and a designated desk to work in the room or a coworking space would have elevated the experience.

There was no a hot water in our room for a couple of days. We complain but we're given a promises every day. Finally we insisted to give us another room.

Unfortunately we did not have water for 2 days, and while it may or may not be a maintenance issue, it simply made our stay very uncomfortable as we couldn’t shower, use the washroom, etc. The staff are very courteous and friendly but they operate based on the hotel’s rules/budget so there’s not much more they can do. The floor in the room was filthy and I don’t think it was cleaned/moped once during our stay (showed on our feet after walking barefoot, after coming from beach with clean feet). The toilet kept malfunctioning, and there wasn’t a vent in the washroom so you can imagine the stench in the ‘superior suite’ for 6 people with 1 washroom. The breakfast consisted of the same (white bread, eggs, sausages and beans) and did not offer any fruits, vegetables, etc. I’ve stayed at the Bananarama before which is the same price and the rooms are a bit more rustic than this one but the food is far better. There is also no lunch/dinner options on site. Bit of a walk to the beach and their partnering beachfront resort is a 20 min walk. I would not recommend this place and would suggest any comparable beachfront hotel a better option. The Bananarama also offered evening entertainment for free.

This hotel was great the staff was very helpful and were very friendly. We had a 2 bedroom not to bad my only thing to add is we didnt have a mini fridge. We did have a microwave which was nice. The bathroom didnt have the basic hair dryer but we didnt need it anyway since its too hot and your at the beach all day. The rooms were cleaned daily with clean towels, trash cleaned and we had free breakfast included. Overall it was a nice hotel walking distance to beach with great staff and we enjoyed our stay. It is dated but not bad considering the price and you have all that you need for your stay. Would stay here again.

Estuvo bien

The property was tidy but garbages full and not emptied. Floor in room made my feet black. No fridge in rooms, and fridge used for providing breakfast smelled and was dirty. Staff very friendly.

The shower head wasn’t adjustable, so the water felt like it was piercing our skin. The knobs were CAKED with what I thought was lime. We were given ONE towel to share between 2 of us and when I asked for more towels, I was flat out told “no” in a rude tone, and I was interrupted by more “no” when I tried to explain. I’m assuming the air conditioner filter hadn’t been changed because every night I went back to the room, I woke up stuffy and without a voice. It was better everyday after leaving the room.

Me quedé una noche y si nos gustó muy buena localización si me quedaría otra ves ahi muy amables y cerca de la placita donde venden muy buena comida y mas ecomica y la playa esta cerca en realidad para el precio esta muy bueno este hotel solo ahi les explica no hay elevadores 😊

The room was clean and spacious, but 5 floors up and no elevator, refrigerator, coffee machine and internet in the room I stayed!

The hotel really shows its age, is in need of TLC, but the rooms are extremely spacious, the only drawback is that there is no elevator

Good staff, good size room to move around in with large balcony

It was an older building but spacious rooms. The pool didn’t seem super clean. The rooms were not cleaned as good as I would have liked. The girls working however, were so sweet and polite! Good location but the road down to the water was under major construction and sometimes you had to take another route.

The room was cleaned. A nice small towel would be fine to dry the bathroom counter. The balcony do have a great view. The AC works awesome. The beds are new and firm. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious. The breakfast is ok, and is not a buffet style. They all eat the same only once the breakfast is small though. Parking is limited. But the prize is having the best beach in town just steps away.

No controller for AC, only on and off. Floors around pool area is always slippery and can be dangerous for accidents. The music in the pool area can be very loud at times, hard to sleep and rest because of the noise.

Was very nasty, water was black, we couldn’t shower for the two days we stayed, we had to pack up all out things & move to another hotel which was very inconvenient! Was just a horrible experience.

Clean hotel, but since I arrived I started to have problems with the parking space. They said they had self parking but they actually share the small parking with other businesses. Also I booked a junior studio and they were giving me a standard double bed room, I complained about that and the manager told me that it was hotel.com fault. At the end they gave me the junior studio but after having a bad experience.
