Some ladies in the front desk were Very short, very robotic , did not smile. We had booked the 2 queen beds according to aaa travel And when we got there it was a king size . We switched it for extra 100 dollars for 3 nights . The attitude was not nice . Made us feel dumb , lie saying you should have checked with aaa before you bought it . Comments that were not helpful. We paid we got the 2 queen beds. We had to move rooms, Because our room was on the 4th floor facing the main blvd where they play Banda music until 4 am. I love Banda ! And to party late . But when I sleep I like it quiet ! We could not sleep until 5or 6 because there is a taco restaurant where people after the club they go there .. After we moved it was nice for the rest of the days . Mothers days brunch was just ok : no meat carving or 1 variety of food.. location during the day it’s great ! Close to shops and restaurants right in front of the beach . The night beach club was fun .

Solo un comentario las pantallas de los cuartos no están programadas de 2 habitaciones de 4 que rentamos y se tardaron en acudir a programarlas , hasta que insistieron fue como acudieron

La verdad muy padre la estancia, muy limpio y muy amables, todo super bien solo que el Internet fallo muchísimo desde que llegamos y no dieron solución.

The hotel is very beautiful in a nice location unfortunately they’re very close to clubs so plan accordingly and I recommend asking for a room in the middle of the building and to go when it’s not peak season, the staff is very helpful and very attentive. The hotel is literally steps away from the beach and they kept the room spotless. If you arrive by taxi, you can always schedule a taxi pick up the day before your departure and the front desk school arrange it.

Es la segunda vez que voy a este hotel y he quedado encantada, todo el personal es muy atento, las instalaciones no tengo queja, es un poco viejo el hotel pero todo está en excelentes condiciones, en caso de que llegues a tener un problema te lo solucionan de inmediato. Tuve la fortuna que hasta una tortuga pude ver en la playa bajando las escaleras del hotel a la playa.
