arnaque attention on a du payer mais pas de réservation , personne ne répond sur leur numéro et enfin on nous dit que la révertions na pas été payé alors que c'est faux , on a contacté expédia et on nous a promis remboursement du montant . on attend et faites attention

The house is poorly equipped with utensils. No garbage bags , dishwash liquids , table cloth , gate control not working , Some of the air con is not working . Should not be rented out .

Lovely large property. Location is ok - halfway between Georgetown and Batu Ferringhi. Cleanliness of property was not great - there was hair in the showers and the sink was blocked. Struggled to get responses sometimes.

The villa is situated within short driving distance from Gurney Drive and Batu Ferringhi, which was great. The villa is clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The management called before arrival to ascertain time of arrival, which was kind of nice. Unfortunately, the small door next to the gate cannot be locked or latched. It is held in place by a few loose bricks. This is kind of scary when you have kids around. The air-conditioning in the big rooms were also not very adequate. The channels available on the cable tv was shockingly minimalistic. If you have family members that have difficulty climbing stairs, this villa might not be suitable for you. We thought we could use the single-occupancy room on the ground floor, but the room wasn't air-conditioned.

夜遅目に着いたのでチェックインしようとしましたが、辺りは真っ暗。受付の電話も繋がらず、結局日本のexpediaに連絡するハメになりました。通信料金が12000円かかり、家族のチェックインも深夜2時過ぎになりました。 設備はきれいですが、英語初心者のためのチェックイン方法を考えて頂きたいです。
