Rating & Review Keseluruhan Union Plaza Hotel

Uygun olduğunda konakladığım bir otel Ancak, daha önce tedarik edilen diş fırçası, kulak temizleme pamuğu v.b. gibi hizmetler odadan kaldırılmış, resepsiyondan istenmesi gerekiyor. Otel terliği verilmiyor. Ayrıca otelin asansörlerinde bir sorun var, gereğinden uzun süre katlarda asansör bekleniyor. Ortalama 6-7 dakika. Bunun dışında şehir merkezinde güzel bir konumda yer alan, araç park sıkıntısı olmayan yeni bir otel.

Ci siamo trovati complessivamente bene, stanza silenziosa e bella vista. La pulizia giornaliera un po’ carente perché oltre a rifare il letto e sistemare qualche asciugamano, non puliscono a fondo. Definiscono la loro cucina stellata, ma la colazione è carente soprattutto per chi, come me, ha delle intolleranze e nonostante alla reception avessi chiesto del latte senza lattosio per il giorno dopo, non sono stata soddisfatta. Nel 2025 mi sembra assurdo, quindi ho pagato una colazione che non ho potuto fare. Per il resto la stanza con vista e balconcino è affascinante.

The hotel is clean and the staff are polite. Rooms are clean and a good size with quality linen. Went to the rooftop bar only to find a party had most of the bar area but thought it would be good to go on the Saturday but unfortunately it was closed to another private party which was a shame as we booked this hotel to use this bar owing to the good reviews so that ended up a waste of time.

Our room did not have the basic stuff such as towels and so on, we had to constantly ask for them.

Man darf nur mit einer Reservierung in die Bar, falls Jemand mal die Fotos von der Terasse schön findet.

All the staff are as very nice,polite and helpful

When we arrived at the hotel, check-in time eventually was changed bit as per booking, there is no luggage storage, everything is stored in the .ain hall by the check in desk, no concierge, no laundry services, no room service, in general just room. Also there is no availability to contact hotel staff from room, servicing room none of us received replacement to toilet paper. Very basic. I would not recommend. Also i would like to expedia check their hotels of what is posted and what is reality.

Sengen var alt for hård, man kunne mærke fjedrene, og gulvene var meget beskidte. Samtidigt fungere aircondition ikke optimalt første nat.

Giga kamer, alleen compleet leeg. Geen sfeer in de kamer Verschrikkelijke douche vaste douchekop in horizontale richting zie foto) Wisselend warm water in de douch Balkondeur kon niet op slot 3 liften allemaal extreem traag Adverteren met roofbar maar die is er niet Prachtig uitzicht over de stad Goed ontbijt Minibar zeer goed te betalen Goede ligging

The hotel itself looked good at arrival but this wasn’t the case once we checked in A/c stopped working several times Mini fridge wasn’t cold Amenity such as bath robes and slippers not provided the telephone didn’t work so couldn’t order any room service speaking to reception they said this would be rectified it wasn’t we raised this 2 times before a lovely lady come up to are room to inspect then apologised whilst promising to fix these issues Immediately provided bath robes and slippers and a technician cam long to fix a/c and fridge phone was never fixed thoe

Servizio poco attento e non adeguato al livello dell’hotel: problemi con i serramenti, assenza del kit cortesia, delle ciabatte da camera, asciugamani troppo piccoli, due ospiti ma un solo bicchiere e molto altro ……

Sehr schönes Hotel, saubere Zimmer und freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück war super mit einem tollen Ausblick. Mein Freund und ich waren sehr zufrieden.

Booked this hotel as it was listed as having VIP access. I asked for a late check out and the hotel made me pay for it even though it should have been included as I am an Expedia gold member.
