This hotel is located on the nice stretch beside the marina. We booked Alicante on a 48 hour trip for my daughter’s birthday and Hilton did not disappoint. Rooms were beautiful and comfortable. Excellent service, room service was delicious! I did google other hotels and whilst Hilton didn’t rank the top it should!

Location was fabulous! Our room was not big but it was efficient and very clean. Front desk staff were very helpful.

Mi sono trovato benissimo. Struttura Fantastica. Unica pecca, cosa che francamente mi è dispiaciuta tantissimo, è che NON pagano gli stagisti, i praticanti. Ho incontrato una receptionist eccezionale, super disponibile, bravissima e gentilissima, una ragazza ad invio attività, ma validissima, che sta li otto ore al giorno e non viene pagata. Questa cosa francamente mi ha disturbato. Ma per il resto l'hotel è oltre ogni più rosea aspettativa.

We were very satisfied with the hotel, personnel and room. The reception was very helpful all throughout the week. Location is perfectly central with beautiful surroundings. The room was very fresh and included a good coffee pod machine. Breakfast was nice too, although we mostly enjoyed eating out.

Staff were fine and location is great. If you want somewhere to sleep in a good spot it’ll suit you but you could get far better for the price. We had 2 incidents of power tripping during the night which resulted in the litigate light above the door of our room going on …and of course waking us up with a fright, didn’t concern anyone at all when we reported it. We also had a drip from the roof during heavy rain but we were moved promptly.

Skal du oppleve Alicante så er dette hotellet et fantastisk utgangspunkt. Du bor i en klassisk, historisk bygning. Plasseringen er perfekt med lett adkomst til den fantastiske havnepromenaden Esplanada d’Espania. Restauranter, shopping, de fantastiske parkene med det utrolige, enorme Magnoliafikus-trærne. Skal du bo her bør du vurdere å oppgradere til suiten i femte etasje. Da bor du i tårnet. Utsikten er fabelaktig og rommet lekkert og spennende innredet. Service og frokost er helt topp. Du kan sette igjen bagasje og ta en tur i vakre Alicante.

Cracking 3 night stay , very comfortable room ,location spot on , right in the heart of the action . Staff very friendly and helpful,restaurant/bar closed for refurb but not a problem considering it was located close to all the restaurants and bars in Alicante.

Long weekend break. Lovely hotel in ideal location.

Reception staff were all exceptionally helpful, especially Nuria, who gave us some great recommendations for our stay in Alicante.

Being in an absolutely perfect spot, it was ideally placed for us to explore the whole city. The hotel is so quaint making it easy to get around. The staff were always available and fully able to advise us of places to go. The hotel was ideally placed for all the activities we wanted to do over the 3 days.

Our room was nice and the bed comfortable, as well as the bathroom, but it was very small.

Casa Alberola is a beautiful boutique style hotel. The neoclassical architecture is stunning. Lovely setting across from the harbor. The best thing about Casa Alberola is their staff! We had a warm welcome from the gals at the front desk who were so helpful and accommodating! Olivia and her colleague (sorry we didnt get your name!) went the extra mile to make us feel special! The continental breakfast staff and cleaning team were efficient, helpful and friendly.

Vi boede i værelse 104 og ved første øjekast var værelset fint, med en stor seng og fransk altan med udsigt til lystbådehavnen. Bad og toilet var ligeledes også fint. Af uvisse grunde var der installeret en sensor, som ved en enhver bevægelse i rummet lyste op med et stor rødt lys. Endvidere er der ingen lydisolering og alt larm og støj fra gaden kunne man tydeligt høre. Selvom vi sov med ørepropper var det den værste nattesøvn i lang tid.

Vi tilbragte 3 nætter på hotellet i forbindelsen med nytårsaften i Alicante. Det var en fantastisk oplevelse. Meget charmerende hotel, dejlig service og top rengøring! Vores værelse havde vidunderlig udsigt til vandet og strandpromenaden, og var placeret på 4.etage, så der var ret roligt, uden meget støj fra gaden. Beliggenhed er virkeligt god...alt er i nærheden. Vi tilkøbte ikke morgenmad, da der er cafeer rundt omkring hotellet og på værelset var der kaffe/te faciliteter som blev fyldt op dagligt. En ekstra overraskelse var en personlig hilsen fra hotellet med en lille flaske bobler og chokolade på værelset. Skønt skønt sted. Værelserne er selvfølgeligt ikke så praktisk indrettet grundet den gamle bygning, men til gengæld meget charmerende. Kan varmt anbefales!

Ett hotell med bra läge. Nära till allt. Sängarna var dock väldigt hårda
