I like everything.

The room was clean. The free breakfast was nice. Wished my room had a microwave but the breakfast area downstairs, next to the lobby had one. It was a wonderful stay close to the mall with a few dining options nearby.

A lot of garbage left outside the room on the hallway by guest

What I’ve liked about the property was that everyone was kind and welcoming. The staff/employees are kind and amazing. Also I liked the pool.

Great stay

I love to travel and from the different hotels this HYATT PLACE located at Poughkeepsie / Hudson Valley has been another thing, the staff was amazing and very kind, they are very attentive and its a very quick check in and out. The breakfast was very delicious and the hotel gorgeous. The rooms? You feel that you are on a 10 star Hotel and that you are a celebrity. We were very happy to stay there and definitely we are coming back.

It was a special stay for us, Marist graduation weekend 2025. Unfortunately, there was a mixup with our reservation. The fabulous front desk staff did not let us down, Kat, Julia & Tianna went above & beyond to “fix” the situation quickly! In addition, Jason, the hotel manager made sure we were super comfortable & had an enjoyable weekend with our son! Hotel was super clean, comfortable & breakfast was great! I would highly recommend this well run Hyatt!

Nos ha encantado todo absolutamente. La habitación grande tipo suite, con sofá grande, con frigorífico y cafetera, insonorizada, cama y almohadas cómodas, limpia y bien decorada. El baño suficientemente amplio y la ducha con gran cantidad y potencia de agua. Las instalaciones y el servicio inmejorable. Excelente relación calidad precio. Más no se puede pedir

No microwave in a king room is disappointing

Bed was uncomfortable - cooling system was banging and the front desk asked why I didn't tell them at 3 am after checking in at 11pm. I had already being moved to a quieter room once. Not sure that after being moved once and creating another situation at 3 am was the answer.

clean and friendly overall. no towels upon arrival and no hot water

Pool was great and the rooms were big with a whole couch seating area
