Ac was not working and they didnt inform customers. Also they didnt even fix for 3 days.

I have stayed at dozens of hotels in OMR. This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever in OMR. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine, I would like to specially thanks to the front desk staffs as well as dining staffs specially Mr. Sameer SK who is very friendly and caring nature to all of its diners.
