No tienen TV un punto fallo de resto bien en general

Viajei três noites para Madrid sozinha. Escolhi um quarto com casa de banho privativa. Gostei bastante da minha estadia. A limpeza e conforto do quarto são excelentes. O serviço de quarto é um extra pago, do qual não tive necessidade de usufruir. Achei o método de check in e check out super moderno e intuitivo, tal como o método de abertura de portas. O único contra a apontar é o facto das paredes dos quartos serem muito fininhas e todo o barulho dos restantes hóspedes é audível. Tive a sorte de só ir ao quarto para dormir e ter vizinhos conscientes. Uma experiência a repetir e aconselhar.

I didnt like the air conditioning system, the room was really hot and we couldnt regulated.

You can’t enter the property before your check in time, you can’t leave your luggage before your check in time. You can’t control your room temperature. The customer service is a chat. The building doesn’t have an elevator. This can’t be called a hotel it is more like a hostel.

Muy limpio todo excelente espacio en la habitación lo único que para mí faltó en la habitación para ser perfecta fue un televisor

Room is fine, the walls are thin but very clean. Bathroom is good. Not much in the surrounding area, about 6-8 mins walk to the metro station.

POUR : metro proche,prix CONTRE : pas de télévision, climatisation HS, chauffage HS, pas de bouilloire, un point d'eau chaude à l'entrée de l'hôtel, alèse Trop petite,drap trop petit couette trop petite, une seule serviette pour le visage et les fesses, 2cm entre la porte et le chambranle on entend les éméchés gueuler à 2h du matin comme si Ils étaient dans la chambre. Bref une honte

Self-check in took me 4 hours to do. My son took 9 hours with cases for check in never received. I heard rats scurrying at night.

Habitación sucia, te hacen aceptar un contrato extenso y el suelo sucio debajo de la cama, pelos en las sábanas bajeras, manchas en las sábanas....

フロントを置かず、鍵の管理が全てオンラインで行われる施設。その分、価格は安く、マドリードでは最低価格帯に属しているが、部屋は広く綺麗であり、コストパフォーマンスは良好である。 1分でもチェックイン時間より早いと部屋に入れないなど、融通が利かないところがある一方で、早朝チェックアウトの場合はフロントで時間を取られないため、メリットにもなる。 設備としては、部屋は綺麗で広く文句はないが、廊下が狭く、エレベータもないため、大きなスーツケースを持っている場合は部屋まで行くのが辛い場合もあるかもしれない。

If the technology worked perfectly, this would be a great place to stay. We had at least 4 inconveniences with the self-service technology, including staying outside of the property without being able to enter. Also, self-checkout failed, so I think it is a great idea and it can be a great place to stay, but they need to improve their technology and make sure it will not fail.
