Great location. In the midst of Madrid’s historic district. Countless dining options with Mercado San Miguel a short walk away. Buzzing night life. Loved our apartment in the hotel. Small yet very functional. Enjoyed my morning run from the hotel through the compounds of Royal Palace of Madrid to the Temple of Debod and beyond! Very friendly staff.

Esta muy cerca de la gran via (calle principal de madrid, muy amables en recepción, esta a dos cuadras de la plaza mayor. Sales del departamento hay restaurantes tiendas y de todo. El hotel muy limpio y cómodo

Amazing location and very friendly and helpful staff. We switched rooms mid-stay and it was very easy to arrange. The ride back to the airport was also booked with ease. And the location for the property is unbearable.

This hotel is close to everything you want to visit around Madrid Centro. Surrounded by variety of restaurants, fast foods, including local food.

Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, professional, and eager to help with anything we needed. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and we felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. The room itself exceeded our expectations—spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained. It was modern, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. We had plenty of room to relax after long days of exploring the city. Everything about our experience here was perfect. I would absolutely stay at New Point Madrid Opera again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Madrid!
