La atención de las recepcionistas es muy buena

El personal muy servicial, sobre todo el de la tarde, muy buenas instalaciones y excelente ubicación, muchas cosas al rededor de el y no se batalla en llegar, muy recomendable

Angenehmer Aufenthalt. 7Übernachtungen mit Frühstück.Alles war in Ordnung,Personal höflich und zuvorkommend .Zimmer,Betten und Bad sauber. Klimaanlage,Tresor,kleiner Kühlschrank etc.vorhanden alles funktionsfähig. Hotel hat einen Aufzug und einen Roofpool. Gute Lage. Preis Leistung wunderbar volle Punktzahl.

Esta en frente de un super mercado, las habitaciones son súper comoda y esta súper bonito el hotel.

Excelente ubicación y atención del personal en especial de Ana en recepción. El desayuno incluído bastante bien esperaba menos. Espero volver pronto Saludos

No había nadie en el bar por lo tanto no pudieron darme mis bebidas de bienvenida, los baños de la la alberca estaban muy sucios y la tele no funcionaba más que como 3 canales

Bonita habitación ,limpia y agradable.el personal muy amable y atenta a todo.

Las habitaciones son promedio como cualquier hotel bussines class, la limpieza no es la mejor, la televisión es de muy baja calidad y tarda mucho en procesar funciones básicas como el cambio de canales, creo que el precio es alto respecto a lo que ofrecen.

La ubicación del hotel está bien porq está céntrica y la playa en auto a menos de diez minutos, pero no tienen las habitaciones ni una toalla decente, te ponen dos toallas tan oequeñas como de cocina y ni tele tienen, y menos teléfono, ademas la recepcionista muy poco cortés, no lo recomendaría y no volvería a hospedarme en el lugar.

El internet no sirve

No nos cambiaron las sábanas en casi toda la estancia solo una noche y además un día tampoco nos dejaron papel

The attitude of the two girls at the reception of this hotel extremely disappointed me. When I arrived I wanted to go to the bathroom and they sent me to the 3rd floor and the elevator didn't even work. To finally open a WC available a few steps away in reception. Also, on the second day I had a problem with one of their very used bikes…..And they tried to make it look like it was me who broke the bike….I noticed an attitude negative towards them, instead of trying to solve the problem. They practically accused me that I was the one who broke the bike! the room is old and there were women's black hairs on the floor… the TV doesn't work well… A nightmare! avoid!!!

Some areas of The hotel are still in under construction and the streets around are the same and there is no parking lot you have to park on the street

Broken bathroom tap, construction on the hotel side makes a terrible noise. Full of mold throughout the hotel and inside the rooms there are some areas with mold. The location is great for anyone interested in going to the cenotes. Tulum does not have public beaches so if you want to go to the beach it is better to choose a hotel by the sea.

A questao foi apenas os gansos que havia no hotel e que de madrugada acordavamos com os mesmos.

Todo fue genial, en recepcion muy amables y Lucas en la barra del bar. Muy atento. Super recomendado. Muchas gracias por su hospitalidad.
