This hotel was a great stay. My room was compact but clean and comfortable. Nice to have a fridge and the aircon was great too. It is right next to a metro station, which is very convenient for travel. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Clean rooms and convenient for those relying on metro travel.

Rooms are decent and great hot water shower.

I liked the reception, service and the up-keep. It was a comfortable stay. The people were nice, knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. I will stay there again.

Had a great stay

Major issue was hot water. With this class of hotel, I can at least imagine to get continuous hot water. Even after multiple reminders there was not hot water available in shower during late night or during late evenings. I was not impressed with attitude of person who is in charge of breakfast. You can serve your guest with smile or show attitude and serve the same food. It does not cost you to smile and serve food. Also the area around hotel gets really shady at late night. So with same price you may book any other actual three star hotel near to the airport. Only convenient part was that weh metro station is besides the hotel.

there was nothing to like about this hotel. It is a really bad location by a train station. Also, facility is very dirty and was very unsatisfied. Also checked out after one day. Did not even want to stay the night the first night. Write this zero.👎

The location is 10-15 min away from Bombay exhibition Center and thats the best. Surrounding area is not the best, heavy trafic direct in front of the entrance.

We had a great stay at Hotel Metropole Inn. The staff were very accommodating right from the onset. We arrived at the hotel at 3:30am and the staff took great care of us (we were able to check in late). The facilities were excellent and breakfast was also very good. Will be back here next time I need a hotel in mumbai close to the airport.
