Nice and clean

Just an overnight stay and everything was great! Only thing I would change is the pillows were very flat and not comfortable. But otherwise was very nice.

Great property but beware there is no complimentary breakfast. You have to pay for everything.

Very nice

There was no housekeeping and we were forced to go get our own towels and tissues from the front desk. The clerk said because he was the only one there but when we got down to the desk that was not accurate. Bathroom was not particularly clean either and this hotel is off the beaten path so location isn’t the best either.

Very new hotel with great modern design, unfortunately, for such prize category room cleaning, waste removal, fresh towels only every three days. Also quite some hazzle with final payment, they were not aware that both rooms had already been paid in advance via internet platform. Great location, if you want to stay in the Mason area, including Paramount Kings Island, Tennis or working at the P&G business center.

Great location for what we needed. Appreciated breakfast options (note it's a la carte). Would stay here again!

The room we booked was listed as ADA compliant. Yes there were grab bars my the toilet and in the bathtub, but the shower part could use some rethinking. The actual shower chair , though designed to fold up against the wall for non ADA guests, could not be raised all the way as one grab bar was in the way. Also, the chair should have been positioned more toward the water/shower controls. I had to lean out much further than I was comfortable, nearly falling off the bench. Just saying that situation is ripe for a lawsuit if someone were to fall and injure themself.

It was an overnight stay as I was visiting family. Room was very nice. Bed was very comfortable.

Kind and courteous staff. Very clean and I enjoyed the stay.
