We had several requests for things to make our visit even more comfortable. Each time the response was timely and perfect.

Great location, rooms size very adequate, lovely staff, clean hotel overall. Fridge in room, toiletries, coffee station topped up daily. Shower a bit small, awkward to move about/wash hair. Bed not super comfortable, but have regular back issues, so could just be me. Enjoyed the stay overall!

Was not told had to pay local tax in cash. Air conditioner not working. Had repair done with no success only to be told that the hotel couldn’t turn on until April. Breakfast was good. Location good.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel celebrating our 25 wedding anniversary. The hotel is situated close to the Spanish steps and shopping area. The rooms are decorated to a high specification with everything you would need and spotless. The breakfast has a selection of hot & cold options. The bar is very nice but not busy, located on the first floor with view onto the street, it’s perfect for a pre dinner drinks or after dinner drinks, and the bar man was a lovely guy. All of the reception staff were lovely and very helpful. A special thanks to Ferando, who retrieved our lost bag from outside the hotel. Thank you so much!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and had a lot of options. Only complaint was the street noise at night, especially on the weekend, but the location was perfect. Would stay here again

Clean room, nice balcony with view, staff very helpful and attentive, they took care of our luggage and at the reception desk they speak English and Spanish, we felt great and very safe, family appropriate.

Perfekte Lage

The hotel is not worth four stars. The superior room is not even similar to the picture online, especially in terms of the room size and the poor view of the “inner courtyard”. Categorizing something like this as a superior room is ridiculous. I politely asked for a room change, but the staff only argued that there was no availability and made no further effort. The only positive thing about this hotel is the location - nothing more. The money would be better spent elsewhere.

Unfortunately check-in took about an hour and still not sure why. The room was beautifully decorated but unfortunately showed signs of needing some TLC, the breakfast was nice with a good selection!

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Tolle Lage! Super mit Kindern, weil alles fußläufig zu erreichen!

Hotel is in a great location, was happy to be upgraded to a suite which was nice. The room was large and modern. Hotel is noisy with other guests but we are in the city so expected. Would stay again.

The room was spotless, the staff was great and rooms were large. I didn’t like the fact that it was an Amex building at first but that building was better located than the first building

Me robaron un collar que me había comprado con muchísimo cariño en Venecia. Una vergüenza este hotel. Por otra parte el edificio contiguo en Vía del Corso es peligroso. A nuestra llegada dos hombres empujaron la puerta detrás nuestro y entraron al edificio. Tuvimos que correr a nuestra habitación.
