Pools were amazing

I will be posting everywhere about the front desk people They have the nerve to tell me that I was disrespectful to her after I told her that she was lying, ones the manager came he agreed with me about what I was telling her. The way they talk to you is like they talking to their friends Will never come back to this place or any other Marriot. And will never encourage my friends and family also stay away from booking in this spot

Loved staying here, lovely property with nice amenities and not far at all from the inner city area, cruise stops, etc. you'll def a need a taxi unless you want a longer walk. The restaurant and bar is great too, staff is super friendly and helpful easily the bell guys. I would stay here again.

Good hotel, very clean.

Beautiful beach and botanical garden. Clean room. Friendly staff. Everything was perfect. Walking distance from some fresh seafood restaurants. Very quiet. One pool just for adults. The hotel itself is beautiful too.

My partner and I stayed last year in April at this Resort and we loved it. This year, it lacked customer service. We were very disappointed and we don’t think we will be returning. To make things clear, the resort grounds are beautiful but the stay also depends on the staff which makes it worth the vacation stay. They assigned us a room on the first floor which was very noisy due to foot traffic. Doors were slamming loudly early in the morning and throughout the day. House cleaning rolling carts were noisy on the tile floors. The rooms are near the pool area and beach so there were a lot of people walking through to get to the amenities. We requested to be accommodated to a higher floor in a comparable room if one became available and unfortunately, they couldn’t accommodate. We also asked for a late check-out at the desk on day 2 of our trip and they stated that they would inform us but we of course had to call the front desk early on our day 5 day of check-out, only to be told that they also couldn’t accommodate that either. Check-out was at 12 and we asked to be extended until 1pm so that we could enjoy the rest of the amenities prior to leaving without having to rush back. Instead we kindly asked them to hold our bags and we had food and drinks at the bar until we had to head to the airport. We definitely have seen the customer service decline at the Curacao Marriott Beach Resort and we will be staying elsewhere when we return to Curaçao.

We truly enjoyed staying at the Marriott beach resort Curacao.The rooms were clean, food was delicious and the staff was so friendly.

Waited 4 hours for our room after checkin. No ice on any floor Terrible attitudes Put 3 adults in a king size room no sofa bed

I asked for a small favor, since I didnt have a car. I left my ID at the golf course near by (literally 10 minutes away). Asked if sb in the staff would quickly go there and retrieve it for me. The people at the front desk were very negative, and frankly rude about it. The manager was nicer, but the result was the same. No. I ever offered to pay for the gas, go with that person, ...still no. I own a hostal and when my guests have some small favor to ask, we go out of our way to make sure they get help, even if it costs money, they are always grateful that we offer solutions to them. Its so easy to say no to everything, but I was very dissappointed that a Marriott, and me being a long time Bonvoy Member, that I was offered no help at all. At the end, I had to rent a car, just to go get the ID. I dont think I will ever go to Marriott Curacao again, nor will I recommend it to any of my friends in Panama.

Room was spotless and updated. Not a mini frig but a cooling draw to keep beverages cool. It is large. Nespresso machine in room not traditional KCups or Keurig. Bed was very comfortable, robes, slippers, toiletries, including shower cap, q tips , sewing kit, mouthwash, lotion, etc. Shower large and well equiped with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Staff was exceptional! They aim to please! Beach service staff were attentive and so very nice as were all restaurant employees, Bell Hops (say hi to RJ tell him the guest who looked like actor from breaking bad says hi), front desk so accomodating, activities staff friendly and fun! I did sunrise beach yoga with Janina and it was truly fabulous!! Nothing like watching the sun rise while listening to waves and birds during a yoga practice! Tell her Donna says hi! Food- Salty Iguana very good! We enjoyed the pizza for lunch on the beach and dinner our last night. Had lunch at Zala and it was good also. Breakfast we grabbed most days in the Marketplace plenty to choose from. Did buffet once and Ala Carte another. All delicious! Food and drinks were very good! We went out to dinner other nights. There isca goof cart service to take you to the 3 nearby restaurants or you can walk. Beach was spotless and plenty of chairs! Serentiy adults only pool is serenity!! So peaceful. Harmony pool fun with music and activities. Evening entertainment most nights was lovely live music in the lobby. Overall this was a 5 for us!

Beautiful, open areas to gather, eat and relax. On the beach. Staff is amazing!

The rooms were clean and that cleaning team was quick with our room and anything we needed. The food at the restaurants was not that good. Breakfast ordered from room service was average.

Wonderful beachfront property with two beautiful pools. Lobby is open with the ocean breeze blowing through. Plenty of seating for relaxing or eating at the two lobby restaurants. Snorkeling was wonderful and we were so happy to have the beach right outside our room. Salty Iguana Grill was right on the ocean and we loved our dinner. They’re watching the sunset!. Breakfast buffet was wonderful with a wide variety of food. Loved our stay.

Excelente desayuno bufet pero en la reservación se filtraron hoteles con desayuno incluido. Al llegar allá, el desayuno no estaba incluido. Además, ácaros o algún insecto en la cama, picaron a mis hijos durante la noche.
