I don’t like that they charge so much money for room service, ridiculous

Cannot commend the team at the hotel enough. Accommodating last minute changes in itinerary without any issues. Will certainly be looking forward to staying here again

Clean and quiet and have good sight view, the restaurant is best, first of all they are kind.

Very happy. Receptionist Ms. Deborah was pleasant, caring and helpful. Always smiling. Thanks also to GM Mr.Suman Kumar who allowed extra hours for check out as my return flight to Nairobi was delayed. Lovely and cozy restaurant. Nice place to stay, plenty of space to take a walk. Spacious rooms with amenities. Overall excellent.

Lovely stay, great staff can't recommend this place enough

Hotelområdet var for så vidt ok og personalet meget venlige og servicemindede. Fællesområdet med restaurant var hyggeligt, men ret lille, også poolen. Værelserne derimod er kedelige, mørke og virker nedslidte, absolut kun et sted man opholder sig for at sove.

Peaceful and comfortable stay

The bed was very bad. We felt both the same. The breakfast was ok but not more than ok. The pool was a bit dirty. Maybe because no one seems to used it except me when I was there.

The front dest staff Fatima was very helpful.

Old property and things are falling apart. Needs major renovation, food is not good at all. The food quality is very low and one surprising thing is breakfast room service is 25,000 shillings, it means if you decide to have breakfast in your room they will a charge you room service 25,000($12). I find this ridiculous especially if you look at the food they serve.

Nice place to stay and staff are very friendly and accommodating

Large comfortable room, excellent air conditioning and great staff. Has a nice (small) pool and gym. Breakfast was good, with a lot of choice. Overall, good value for money. Will come back again.

Skønt hotel. De pæne og rene værelser er velindrettet med store, gode senge, hyggelig stue med køkken samt en dejlig terresse med stole/bord. Personalet er smilende og har fokus og opmærksomhed rettet mod deres gæster. Restauranten er særlig god. Den har et bredt menukort og opfylder et hvert behov, hvis man sætter pris på god og veltilberedt mad. Morgenmaden er rigelig med et stort udvalg. Swimmingpool er ren og velholdt uden larm. Kan varmt anbefales.
