The staff was amazing! They asked me for my breakfast time preference and was ready for me at that time! Abdullah was also great with helping me getting a taxi to Wadi Rum!

I chose this property from reviews and how close it was to Petra Visitors Center. Since it is off-season, I may have been the only guest at the time. The staff was amazing and very accommodating, as they made me amazing meals at the drop of a call - which were a bounty of deliciousness. Would stay there again without hesitation.

The staff and service they provide at the Shaqilath was outstanding. Very welcoming and friendly. The room was spotless. Loved our stay here.

Un lugar bastante limpio y agradable, las camas estaban muy cómodas y es excelente si viajas a el Centro turístico de Petra. Muy cerca.

Hotel muito bom para ficar por um ou dois dias numa visita a Petra. Equipe simpática e atenciosa. Hotel limpo e bem organizado.

The hotel room is very modern, the staff is awsome, very helpfull, willing to help and offer options. In addition I was there for my birthday and during dinner, the dim the lights, bring a cake and start singing happy birthaday, it was awsome. Close to Petra (Walking distance), very good breakfast, good hotel and the best the people, coordinating everything even before we arrived

Petit hôtel sur les hauteurs de Petra, à 700 mètres de l'entrée du site. Nous prenions la voiture pour y aller, car remonter le soir après des kilomètres dans Petra !! De plus les parkings sont gratuits (quel beau pays, de ce point de vue !) L'hôtel a été refait, il est bien mieux que les photos sur le site. Il faudrait songer à les remettre à jour. Petite chambre mais très fonctionnelle avec salle de bain bien pensée (Ch 307), le tout très propre. Un parking privé juste en face, très pratique. Le restaurant est au dernier étage, avec une petite terrasse et une belle vue sur la ville. Restaurant simple avec nourriture locale de bonne qualité, idem pour le petit déjeuner simple mais complet et roboratif pour emmagasiner de l'énergie pour la visite de Petra. Personnel accueillant et serviable, mais seule la réceptioniste parle bien anglais.

it's a very nice small hotel on the hill with a very beautiful city view from the window. staffs are very nice and helpful. the shower cube may be a little small for big guys.

This is a brand new hotel with 10-12 minutes walk to Petra visitor center. Beautiful interior. Everybody is very friendly and trying to help. We asked for an iron - delivered within 5 minutes. Asked for refrigerator - same thing. Chef cooked especially for us a vegetarian meal. Definitely recommended.

Personnel agréable. Chambre propre et spacieuse. A 3 minutes en voiture du site de petra et à 7 minutes à pied des restaurants.

Il giorno del check out abbiamo trovato la struttura deserta e non abbiamo neanche potuto usufruire della colazione che avevamo pagato. Mai vissuta esperienza simile.

Prachtige hotel voor een redelijke prijs. Lig 4 minuten rijden van de ingang van Petra. De kamer is schoon en netjes. Een 4 sterren hotel waard.

L'hôtel est proche du centre des visiteurs de Pétra (même si le trajet à pied oblige à un grand détour). Les chambres ont été récemment refaites et bénéficient d'un bon confort. Le petit déjeuner est servi dès 6h30 pour un début de visite de Pétra dès 7h avant la ruèe des visites de groupes.

Wadi Musa is a dirty town with very little to do with the phenomenal Petra and a huge bonus. This hotel is very adequate for this town, not great or even very good but very adequate.
