I like quite inside,I don’t like the service, Like No towels for use ,No water for drink,most hotels keep at least one bottle of water in the room…..etc 0

The hotel is located in the center, which is quite ghetto-ish. Also, the room stank like smoke. I found it quite difficult to breath there. Probably they had smoked some shisha there before. I didn’t stay the second night.

Location is great. The staff is kind and the spaces are wide. my room was comfortable, with a small table, comfortable mattress, TV and fridge.

Zentrale Lage ist das einzig gute am Hotel. Schlechte, dunkle, fensterlose Zimmer, schmudliges Badezimmer, fuseliges Bettzeug...

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Das Personal ist freundlich. Von außen sieht es sehr schön aus. Von innen ist es eher Holzklasse. Zimmer ist sehr klein und die Dusche war verstopft, sodass das Wasser nicht abfließen konnte. Keine Fenster im Zimmer.

Unfortunately, a very bad experience..the air conditioning system and the filter are full of dust and dirt..and bacteria are scattered in the room all the time..your body is itching...disappointing customer service after a long and exhausting travel...

I checked out 4 days before the end day. I did not Get my money back. The Service was terrible I would like my money back for last 4 days.

They were very unfriendly. No one can communicate in English. no opportunity for drink or food. no support for any shuttle service from Airport.

The smell of the room was Horrible. Also, the wall of the room was not clean.

Ich empfehle dieses Hotel zu allem, es ist bequem und befindet sich in einem guten Bezirk Amman.

The place is in an interesting location, walk to amphitheater and citadel, street vendors and local restaurants.
