The blind in our room was broken just in one corner almost like as to let someone see in.

Weather was not that good . Karina restaurant was the BEST

Quiet, clean

The staff at check in was great. Our room was in very good condition and we enjoyed our short stay!

It was a quick evening/overnight stay after spending the day in Newport with my husband. The room was comfortable. The bed and pillows were great. The floor boards were bulging near the bathroom as it seemed maybe there was a prior flood or something because there was a large humidifier turned on in the corner. It's not a complaint just wanted to mention it. All in all for 1 night it was ok

I can only rate my room as I’m not sure how the other rooms are but we had a horrible smell in ours. Our flooring was buckled by the bathroom so I assume the mildew, musty smell was possibly from water damage. The walls are paper thin and we were kept awake till all hours by two couples partying next door and the front office closes by 8 so we couldn’t complain. Ruined our whole next day of exploring the area as we were exhausted. The lady who checked us in upon arrival was awesome though.

Great location, clean, lots of space in the suite- main beds were comfortable. Pullouts were springy as expected. But overall worked for my family of 5. Downfall was the smell of mildew from the AC window unit. Some unfinished and poorly done work (no threshold going into bathroom) one bathroom was brand new and shower tile caulking around faucet leaked/sprayed- poorly done. The restaurant in parking lot for breakfast was delicious!

Decent option with great little cafe on site. The room and bathroom were clean, if sparse. Staff was friendly. No USB charging ports in room, and the AC unit worked, but was super noisy and hard to use because most of the buttons had rubbed off.

Place is outdated, everything is old, couldn't even close the bathroom door., and plenty more.......

Pleasantly surprised with this inn, room was large and sparkling clean. Kenneth made check in a breeze, would definitely stay again when in the area.

My stay was great, but I have found the Hotels.com website has absolutely no live customer service staff to help with booking errors or issues. I tried to resolve my issue before it became an issue, but they provide no telephone no. to customer service. I had to deal with the hotel staff to resolve my booking confirmation error. However, I had to pay for my room at the hotel, even though hotels.com received payment on booking. This took 2 more days to resolve somewhat. I was told I was granted a refund, but since being notified, I have yet to be refunded the duplicate payment for the room. The hotel has said it could take 5 days for my bank to process the refund.

Its not a fancy place, but good and clean for the price. We would visit again.

Great location great staff and great restaurant next door

I selected to stay at the Hamilton Village Inn primarily based on location to the south county beaches and north to East Greenwich and Warwick. The room was updated and very clean. Very comfortable bed. And very quiet area. Minimal traffic. Excellent restaurant accross the parking lot. This is a no frills hotel but worth every penny. And I enjoyed meeting Jennifer the manager. She really looked after us and made our stay relaxing. I recommend this property for anyone who is budget conscious. But wants a quiet location and comfortable bed.
