Estadia maravilhosa! Instalações modernas, novas, limpeza impecável, quartos silenciosos e muito confortáveis. Café da manha maravilhoso com opções Gourmet de estremo bom gosto! Recomendo muito, vale a pena com certeza!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and we had a lovely time. Perfect location with lots of dining options, bars and shops nearby. Staff were all very helpful but especially Alejandro, he was always happy to answer any questions we had and made some great suggestions during our stay. Overall we were extremely satisfied with our stay here and would definitely recommend.

Reception staff were very helpful and could communicate with us in good English. Unfortunately, our breakfast experience was poor, the staff did not know how to smile and one seemed more interested in their mobile phone, Then a mistake with our order - we were challenged twice over this - we appreciate the language difference but this just felt rude. I would expect better customer care in the hospitality industry

El hotel es muy bonito, está ubicado en una buena zona y lo mejor es la amable atención de todo el personal. En particular Carlos nos dio un gran apoyo con una situación que tuvimos durante nuestra estancia. Es un lugar excepcional!

wir waren im.altrn Teil. Gew. Sachen wie Gym sind im neueren Teil. Leider keime Fenster und somit sehr staubig im Zimmer. Duschvorhang kaputt, safe kaputt, Teppich alt im Zimmer, Location top.

Nice for a short stay. Rooms are well equipped including kettle for hot drinks and safe. Nice design throughout. The outdoor areas looked inviting however we were there in a rainy spell. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

The hotel is almost there - there is a fair amount of street noise which is manageable but they need to improve some amenities- pillows are terrible, no Kleenex available. And the front desk staff ignores you. Relatively small fixes that would make a big difference.

The hotel is very cute with a great location in Palermo. The rooms are a little tired since they have not been renovated recently and the breakfast buffet is very basic. I would not consider the hotel boutique when comparing to European boutique hotels.

Overall was okay but it seem like a 4 star. Breakfast was below standard. Noisy around the area. Staff was friendly.

Clean and comfortable hotel in Palermo. I stay each time I come to BA. Great neighborhood with everything you can want in walking distance.

Hotel is good but due to refurbishment of cafe area this let it down... When this is complete things should be better. Pool area suffers from shading due to it being surrounded by high walls

Location was good, definitely not a Four Star Hotel. We were never told about construction that was ongoing and Very Noisy. It actually vibrated our room during the day. The Street side in 104 and 105 were very noisy.The coffee maker for the lobby is very sub standard. Breakfast was very average with Three choices. They did offer rolls ,meats and cheeses,again very underwelming.The breakfast staff cared about one thing,signing a sheet for your meal,which I found odd. They told me my fiance couldn't sign for both of us.This was crazy to me.Had I have known about the construction , I would have never booked this hotel.The pool was nice but not clean. I felt the hotel was misleading in the terms of " Four Star" ,"Quiet Rooms" ETC .Also Website showed Free grocery shopping for customers and we were informed that they dont.

Everything was fantastic and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Only comment would be there was construction on a new restaurant but it was not that bothersome. The area around the hotel was really cool with lots of shopping and restaurants.

lovely boutique hotel in soho palermo area of BA. Excellent staff and service. So friendly and accommodating. The rooms are nice and surprisingly large for a boutique hotel. Great pool area and access to steam room and sauna for relaxing after a day of walking the city. close to restaurants, bars and cafes and many surrounding neighborhoods.

Lovely boutique hotel in Palermo BA on a quiet street close to all the cafes, restaurants and bars. Super friendly and helpful staff with great pool and outdoor area. Nice breakfast too.
