Beds were excellent, very comfortable.

We needed a good and quiet time away associated with a family wedding - stay exceeded our expectations.

Other than the road construction making it difficult to enter and leave, the place was perfect

The hotel is in great condition. However, the rooms were noisy. We heard stomping and banging from the room next door until almost midnight. The sounds started again about 5 a.m. It sounded as if someone was hitting the wall. The noise kept us up late and woke us early. We did not have a restful night.

This hotel was good for our family. The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was nice and clean. Also, the room came with your own kitchen with stove top. Had a small pool that the kids loved. It was quiet even though it was close to the highway. Good location close to everything in town. Would stay again.

The hotel was clean and very comfortable. 75 dollars for a tiny dog who doesn’t shed is way too much to pay tho. It was a very nice hotel

Great Property, Clean, Nice Size Rooms, Friendly Staff and Good Breakfast

Stayed here one night for a soccer tournament. Husband, myself and children. Multiple staff members were rude to us and other members of our team during the check-in process. We witnessed it firsthand but also heard of other accounts. Just excused them because it was a busy weekend and the hotel was sold out and I gave them grace that they may have just been having a tough go with all the travel teams staying there and everything so busy and crowded. However, we haven’t even been home an hour and as I was unpacking and preparing to do laundry to wash things from our stay I found 2 bedbugs on my items that we took with us. This has never happened to me before and I am horrified. We have removed everything that went with us to Beaumont from our home and I immediately contacted the property and spoke to the front desk and housekeeping. They acted like I was trying to get a room that I stayed in for one night only for free. Terrible strategy and it tells me this is just a problem hotel with crappy employees and it’s most likely a top down issue because management is not running a tight ship and training their people The bedbugs are gross and a huge pain, but it’s their reaction to the bedbugs. That is the biggest problem and the reason why this hotel should be avoided at all costs. I will be escalating this all the way up the chain as I now have a huge untaking quarantining my home and belongings. Avoid this property like the plague.

The night and morning staff at the front desk was the best, very kind and loving towards myself and my son. For this reason alone I will be back. The people who stayed above me were extremely loud making it difficult to sleep, however it won't be a driving factor.

The employee at the front desk has wonderful customer services skills, and she was do kind to spend some time with our dog loving on him. Great stay!

Friendly staff, clean rooms, easy check in

Great hotel. One of the best we have stayed in. Comfortable, clean & great service. Pleasantly surprised about how much room we had for our family. The suite had a mobile desk/table, couch, kitchenette and tons of storage drawers for all our clothing, etc. Breakfast was tasty, we loved the waffle station the best. You can’t go wrong when you pick a Home2 Suites. Definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Everything was good. Only feedback was the water pressure was low in the shower on the 4th floor.

Pool area, BBQ area with tables and chairs. Overall nice.

Fast and easy check-in. Rooms where big and roomy and beds where very comfortable! For for a Cheer Competition! 10/10 Only thing was lots of construction 🚧

The only issue is that I didn’t have any signal with both my phones - Verizon and ATT. Perhaps the hotel can put a stronger signal for WIFI as it was a dead zone for me

Really good location
