The view! The staff is very helpful and friendly. They arranged for my transportation to and from the airport and were in constant contact to ensure smooth transfers. They hotel is impeccably clean, the rooms large and comfortable and the view from the rooftop are unbeatable! I ate most of my meals at the restaurant because of the variety and delicious food and of course the view! I will definitely stay here the next time I’m in Cairo.

Nice clean hotel with friendly staff. The view from top was great. Breakfast was really good and the staff there were very good too. Its conveniently located near the Sphinx entrance (its better to enter from the other entrance and exit from here). They have guides/tours too. Muhammad was very helpful and was able to arrange car and guide according to my needs.

It was totally adequate for the pyramids and the GEM ..Had there own hotel driver as well for any trips and the Heaven rooftop bar restaurant was one of the great views in the world so close to the pyramids..and they even offered to pick me up from the airport for free..Excellent all round experience.

Ficamos hospedados no quarto com banheira com vista para a pirâmide, o aquecedor de água não é suficiente para esquentar toda água para a banheira de hidromassagem, mas se você abrir bem pouco a torneira da água quente, ela vai enchendo devagar, enquanto o boiler aquece a água do reservatório, demorou três horas para encher a banheira, seria bom o hotel investir em um aquecimento solar, pois, Sol não falta no Egito.

Fabulous location to see the sights. Room was good size,clean and a wonderful balcony with an amazing view of pyramids.

Second time coming to this hotel safe are very friendly and helpful rooms are cleaned daily. Breakfast is good as is the food in the restaurant. And a lovely view of the pyramids. I will return again next year .

Nice hotel, excellent location! Right in front of Giza Pyramids. Area is not nice but the location and excellent rooftop view, is worth at least one night. Came during Ramadan so could not say much about complimentary breakfast, although it does get booked for sunset dinners. So even if you are a guest, you must make a reservation

Las camas estaban bastante viejas, los colchones estaban incluao deformes.

room was decent. quite noisy in the hallways. We had room 115 the first night and a hot tub room the second night. Room 115 had a plugged shower drain.

Balcony view was outstanding! Clean but sparse room. Breakfast buffet rooftop very nice. Front desk always helpful. Always felt safe. Fresh towels every day. Unfortunately street noise was constant.

Bonita vista a las pirámides

Room was ok just very noisy because of location to rooftop restaurant. Hotel is fine for a night or two if you’re visiting pyramids.

La posizione è bellissima la vista dalla terrazza dove si fa colazione e si può anche cenare e vicinissima alle piramidi ti sembra di poterle toccare! La struttura è abbastanza vecchiotta ma la vista compensa il resto!ci hanno dato una stanza per cui non avevamo prenotato con i letti più piccoli, ma facendo presente il problema ci hanno dato immediatamente in altra stanza..personale molto gentile..bonus il cagnolone di quartiere fuori e la gattina che passava a trovarci dalle terrazze

La chambre était propre mais Fenetre quasi inexistante mais peu important après une journée de visites . L hôtel est bien situé face aux pyramides et proche du nouveau musée. C est réellement son point fort. Le restaurant est moyen mais dépanne bien , petit dej correct pour le prix
