Squeaky bathroom door & the luggage carts sucked. Everything else gets a four out of five.

The stay was great. The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that there were four people in the room and they only give two bath towels other than that I’d stay again

We stayed at Hilton Garden Inn all the time, but this one was by far and away the best one we’ve ever experienced. The lobby was beautiful. The bar area was fantastic. The staff was great. The outdoor fire pits were lovely. And the parking area was well lit and very safe. Located just a few minutes off the freeway. It was super convenient as well.

Well kept facility everyone I encountered from checking in till check out were friendly and professional. I would not hesitate staying in again in the future.

Very busy with Prom and baseball players - all good. But the entry outside our room was dirty! Bathroom door wouldn’t stay open and there was hair in the bathtub drain.

So i checked in and immediately the smell of pot was everywhere. The lady at check in was nice but a little confused about 3rd party reservations. I then proceeded to the bar/restaurant and i placed an order with an older women. She took my order and money and never offered me my change. When i mentioned it to her she just smiled and walked away to talk to im guessing regulars at the bar. I was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I saw my food come up to the window but she was to busy so it just sat there till she decided to get up and tab her friends out, and the i was the only one left. I proceeded to my room and the pot smell just got stronger. In the hallway was a toilet plunger that was also still there when i checked out the next morning. The room smelled very moldy and the sheets and bedding were very wrinkled. The bathroom was ok but the towels were wrinkled up like the sheets which im going to assume is from them being thrown in a bin and left for awhile or not properly dried also could be why it smells moldy in the room. I have never gone to a hilton like this and probably will be only staying at Marriott at this point. One last thing i paid for breakfast but decided i didnt want anymore surprises so i left

The hotel’s location was convenient, close to restaurants and shopping areas, making it easy to explore the city. Parking was also hassle-free. Overall, I highly recommend Hilton Garden Inn for its comfort, cleanliness, and excellent customer service. I would definitely stay here again!
