No solo las personal del hotel te ayuda, tengo que agradecer a expidia y darle 5 estrellas por que llegue tarde mi puerta no abría y siempre estuvo hay al pendiente de que pudiera ingresar y que todo estuviera perfecto

Refresh was not done after 3 days and the excuse they gave is “system issue “ which is unacceptable. I stayed for 5 nights with 2 kids and imagine staying there for 6 days without refresh and there was no communication from their side. The property is okay, not that great. Parking is very inconvenient which is 2 blocks away. Non stick pans are very old and crusty and looks like not replaced for years.

really nice stay for a short trip! easy check in. front desk staff was very helpful. bathroom was super nice, but a little small! it wasn’t an issue for me, though. the free parking was only 5 minutes, and having that included was great. also, lots of quick fast food places close by. definitely recommend for the price! also had a cute patio out front! i think for shorter trips this is a really great choice!
